Hello everyone ☺️! I was working with my dear friend Curt and his five month old Pitbull named Zeifer. I’ve trained other of Curt’s dogs over the years, and throughout those years Curt has become family! Dogs bring people together, and the only things I love more than training are the clients who become family along the way ❤️!! Hello everyone 😃!! I got to spend some more time today with Brody at the Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter. Brody was originally thought to be dog reactive, meaning he doesn’t like other dogs, but this video from today shows otherwise. All dogs do not need to be best friends with each other, but being able to tolerate each other at close proximity means that those dogs are not dog reactive! Hello everyone 😃!! I was working in Riverhead with Buddy 🐶 and his owners. Buddy is a beautiful, sweet, and stubborn 😉 Dachshund who wasn’t motivated to walk while out on his walks. Hello everyone 😃! I was working in Holbrook with Shadow 🐶 and his owners. Shadow is a very sweet Cane Corso, but was struggling with aggression when he saw other dogs. We worked on the ‘heel’ command, and how to shut off Shadows switch before he becomes aggressive. Shadow, his owner Francis and Francis’s wife did an amazing job!! 👏 Way to go 😃!! Hello everyone ☺️! I was working in Selden with Lexi 🐶 and her owner. Lexi is a rescue from Virginia, and she is the sweetest girl ❤️!! Rescue dogs always come with their own history, their own story, and oftentimes it’s not a great one. Lexi had a rough start, but she’s now a member of the most loving family and is living her best life 🙏🙌!! Lexi made training easy 😉! Hello everyone 😃! I was working in Selden with Jesse 🐶 and his owner. Jesse is the sweetest boy ❤️ who was rescued by his owner from a shelter in South Carolina. Having come from a place where Jesse had to constantly worry about his fate 😢, he hasn’t quite realized that he’s safe now, and that he’s in his furever home 🙏! Jesse is scared of everything, so we worked on confidence training, and making sure Jesse knows he can trust the people in his new life! Hello everyone 😃! I was working in Bayshore with Ocean 🐶 and his owner Emily. Ocean is a Bernedoodle with unstoppable energy, just like the ocean 🌊 !! Emily was having a difficult time controlling Ocean, but with some training for Emily on how to be a stronger and more dominant pack leader, Ocean is listening and following his commands much more readily! 👏!
