I've seen it all: Labradors with hip dysplasia, my own 13-year-old German Pointer who was going deaf, and even visually impaired dogs or tripawd pups—all thriving and loving parkour! 🐕❤️

2-DAY BEGINNER’S WORKSHOP
So excited to be welcoming some new dogs and their people to this amazing sport.
Parkour (also known as urban agility) is all about finding movement opportunities within the environment. So it’s a great way to make your daily walk with your dog more exciting and enjoyable for you both.
Dogs of all ages, breeds and abilities welcome - puppies, seniors, whatever.
Dog Parkour offers so many great benefits:
- Great for socialisation
- Boosts confidence in nervous dogs

It's been nearly a week since had to say goodbye to our beautiful Dex. My heart is broken and he has left such a void in our lives. Thank you to everyone who has sent their love, support and messages of condolences.
A huge, massive thank you to all at Morris and Plumley who did everything they could for Dex and for me. As always.
And finally a special thank you to Trevor at Hearts to heaven pet crematorium for handling everything so sensitively 🤎🤎

I'm absolutely delighted that Dex and I have achieved our Level 1 certificate. A huge thank you to Mari and the Team at Mari Valgma - The Moving Canine for all your help and support. For anyone who hasn't heard of Movement Puzzles before, they are a fantastic way to boost body awareness, core strength, fitness and proprioception. But most of all, I love Movement Puzzles for their ability to build confidence and independent problem solving.
