Come join us for our Dog Day Event! Sunday 14th July 11am-6pm! The first summer event held at Ro & Friends Pet Store of many more to come. It will be a day full of fun for all the family and pooches to enjoy.
What's to look forward to?

- Doggy paddling pools on the day (to keep pets cool)
- Huge selection of summer toys,treats and more products to shop
- Special guest Emmie Stevens with her SELL OUT Doggy Ice Cream Van
- Professional pet photographer to capture those special moments on the day
- Goodie bags for the first 10 customers
- Games and spin the wheel available to help raise funds for Lord Whiskey Pet Sanctuary- Special guest attending to speak about their well known treat brand loved by many of our customers and to hand out freebies!
- Selfie opportunities with our PINK Phone Booth,Blossom Tree, PINK Bench, FLOWER Wall and more!

Our last two events were big hits! So we hope to see as many of you here for some great summer fun. FRIENDLY Dogs & all children are more than welcome. Please keep your dog on the lead at all times.

One thing we are super proud of at Ro & Friends is the compliments we get saying how great it is that you can pop into store and buy NATURAL TREATS singularly, rather than only in bulk!

We didn’t realise that it wasn’t common for other local pet stores to do this until customers gave us feedback. Although you can buy in bulk if you like to save money,have multiple dogs or are a breeder.

You can shop our natural range from as little as 45p! We have large pigs ears for £1.50, rabbit ears 85p,chicken/duck feet,60cm rabbit skins, large buffalo ears,lambs feet and so much more🦴

Also available is our meat free range, suitable for any dogs with allergies or sensitive stomachs. Or even just if your dog loves getting more fruit/veg into their diet🐾

Thankyou all so so much for the most incredible live!
I know these photos look like here’s still a fair bit of stock left, but the Dog Fest stand was full with 200+ treats and now look at it! If you were on the live you’d know how busy we were🐾

We were selling out on the live treat after treat🦴
We had a handful of new customers on also which is lovely to see.

Our store is looking rather bare🤣 so I do apologise in advance to any in store customers, we will be restocking this week & having deliveries next week also

We finally have our dream gazebo for events😍🥹
Reinvesting into your business is the best thing you could do!

Ryan & I have never taken a penny from our business (other than our standard wage). We have reinvested every single little penny you guys have spent with us from the very beginning! So that we can grow our doggy empire as big as possible, providing you with the best quality that we can.

Our event set ups have never reflected our branding or our store. So we’re learning new ways to try and make it look as appealing as possible! This was a bit of a pricey cost for us but we know how much of a difference it will make & how much brand awareness we can bring to new dog lovers 🫶🏻

As always Thankyou for your continued support, you all make this possible for us! From the like,shares,comments & recommendations that cost nothing. To our customers who spend with us weekly,monthly, or whenever you can afford to do so. Wether you’re someone who spends £10 or £100+, all of those orders are appreciated so greatly🐾💓

We’ve had a super busy week of selling!
Our best sellers this week have easily been the Eden 80/20 kibble & our new Dog Fest Treats.

We have done lots of sale items also, so the shop is looking a little more bare than usual. As just as heads up for any in store customers. However we are having a Raw delivery of 120 sticks today!

And we still have lots of treats available 🐾

IMPORTANT
We are closed IN STORE from May 14th-17th. We are going away to enjoy our babymoon & want to be able to relax without thinking about the store. So we have made the choice to close the store for just 3 days. This also means that there will be no live shows in our group on Tuesday 14th or Thursday 16th. We do apologise for any disappointment.

We will be offering evening delivery this Friday 10th for anyone who needs last minute treats or raw pet food. So please do inbox us to place your order!

IMPORTANT IN STORE CUSTOMERS :
Tomorrow our opening hours will be 9:00am-3pm. So an earlier time for everyone to get in store which seems to have been really popular when we changed our Saturday times to that.
My lovely mum will be covering the store, so do pop in and say hi! She's on hand for any advice needed.
