Curious

Now that I have your attention, we have permission from Fayette Regional Humane Society to price match their holiday adoption special tomorrow only! Adult cats $20, kittens $70. Here is our current cat-alog. Come hang out with the kitties,shop for last minute gifts and enjoy a tasty boba. If you happen to fall in love with one of our cats, we can do the adoptions on the spot! Adoptions are cash only.

We’re open 11-7 tomorrow and cannot wait to see you all.

Here’s a little catch up.

Tuesday, Teagan got adopted, but it was a surprise so we didn’t originally post it. But they were sweet enough to come back for a photo after the cat came out of the bag, so to speak.

Yesterday , our little buddy Blitzen was adopted, sadly no photo got taken. We’ll miss the energetic little sprout

Also yesterday we had another employee adoption, as Lucia adopted Doc Meow. Amazing employee and fantastic cat.

Adoption #87 Mystic

I knew this one wouldn’t take long. Mystic came to the catfe Saturday, and his ornery, playful yet incredibly cuddly demeanor was the perfect storm of cute that guaranteed that he found a home quickly. Today was his day, and I’m sure he’s going to have a ball with his new family.

Adoption #83 Max

I fell for Max as soon as I met him. We don’t know his whole backstory, but know he was a surrender. He was brought to us be sure he’d enjoy the home like environment more than the humane society. He immediately got comfortable, falling asleep under the Christmas tree. This morning I found him snuggled up with Freddy, if only I had taken a picture.

Steve’s family came in and it was an instant bond. I knew that he had found his home, and I’m so happy that he’s got a place of his own to cuddle and love on a family.

As a bonus, you’ll be seeing more of Steve soon, as his incredible art will be featured in our catfe in the very near future! We were excited to meet this family on several levels.

Adoption #82 Minnie

Minnie just arrived this morning, she was an adorable little spitfire, exploring and running through the catfe. At 13 weeks old, she’s a whole lotta lovable kitten.

Our good friend Jill had a cat pass a little while back, and while a new baby doesn’t replace the void left by Tux, when she said it was time to start looking for a new friend, I took the assignment seriously. When Minnie arrived, her attitude was exactly what I had been searching for, and instantly texted Jill. I’m glad that she had time to come meet Minnie today.

Now these two amazing women have one another to love, and that makes me incredibly happy

Adoption # 81 Madeline

Madeline was a really beautiful Tortie that came in last week and was pretty skittish the entire time. Today she decided to come out and pick her human. I’m proud of her and so happy that she now has a wonderful home.

Adoption #80 Raven

When this gorgeous little black cat came in yesterday, we just knew that she wouldn’t be sticking around long. She was instantly comfortable, had a vibrant playful personality, and became best friends with every single person that visited. Today she met the right family and was promptly given her furever home.

We’ve got some really great new imported treats for you. Jelly sticks, taro mochi, wafer bars, and we restocked on the green tea/red bean mochi packs that we sold out on last week!

Also we have some incredible premium imported loose leaf tea to offer that would make incredible stocking stuffers for the tea lover in your family. Tea options include Oolong, Jasmine and Pu-Erh. Each pack has enough loose leaf tea for two cups, so it makes a fun date night drink option as well.

Adoption #77 Russet

Loving our cats never takes a day off. Even though we are closed today, when a customer reaches out to adopt this little cuddlebug, we all find ourselves here an hour later. Thank you Kayleigh for giving this incredible cat that so many have passed on the home he deserves.

This has been a busy adoption week, with 5 new happy families. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Dembe is a gentle giant. Not super hyper but really loving once he gives you a chance. This gentleman came from Canal Wi******er just to meet Dembe. They clicked instantly. I’m so glad that they found one another.

The friends that adopt together….well they’re the best! I don’t believe both of these amazing people were looking to adopt when they visited, but sometimes fate has other plans, and the cat chooses the person most of the time. We have two amazing cats that both have really good humans to call their own now, and that warms my heart.

Also that’s our 75th adoption! We’re on the road to 100!

Adoption #73 Cider

Early this week, Kera came in ready to make her home that much fuller, and quickly fell in love with Cider. Time was taken to make sure this adventurous climber had everything she could ever want for her new home. Yesterday it was time, and these two got to go home together. I cannot imagine Cider getting spoiled more, she’s got such a loving home now.

Our fans of the Mad Mango will absolutely love this one!

One of our customers suggested the addition of Chamoy to our zesty beverage, and actually brought her own to add. Of course we were intrigued and had to play around with things. The sour/smokiness of it really pairs nicely with the spicy/sweetness that we had in a abundance. But we can never make it simple, it has to be even better!

So here the have THE MANGO LOCO!

Our fantastic mango black tea is enhanced with pineapple syrup, and is paired with tajin dusted passion fruit jellies. Our signature cream is paired with Chamoy on the rim of the cup, with more cream and another dusting of tajin on top.

While not for everybody, those who love complex flavor comb that hit all the senses will go bonkers for the Mango Loco, now a part of our Mad Mango family.

Also, we do have customers that love our mango tea without the tajin kick. So if the spice isn’t your thing, you can always get the Sad Mango, which has everything the Mad Mango offers, just no tajin

This past weekend we got to meet so many new friends! We appreciate everybody who decided to check us out for the first time.
