King Blue Oyster Mushrooms 👑💙🍄

A cross between Blue and Elm Oyster mushrooms. This oyster mushroom strain produces massive stately clusters with "fiber-like" stems that coincide into thick meaty caps.

King Blue Oysters have a regal approach to growing, and rightfully so, they tend to "leap out" of the grow room!!! These baddies are 🤩😍🤩

Burrata by .atl
A truly life changing dish. When the Chef told me that their burrata miscellany was being taken off the menu, I cleared the rest of the day to enjoy their friendly staff and say farewell to burrata... at least, for now.

Burrata served with pistachio butter, saba, local red and green strawberries, sumac, and bok chicory

Come and get your experience while you can! Just remember, the slower you eat the longer the memory! 😉
