🐾 28 July 2024 at Lotus's Seri Iskandar

Puppies below 6 months, cats & kittens will be available for free adoption during the drive.

These are some of the faces of our
pups.

Many of the dogs we take in are strays so we have no history of their past. Fostering
gives us information on how a dog is in the home, which in turn we can pass onto potential adopters.

We are always looking for fosters, either long term, short term, very short term (weekend stays) and in some cases medical fosters.

Homes without resident pets are the unicorns of the rescue world and are always in high demand.

Dogs in our foster program are all expenses paid, all we ask from you is to love and take care of them.

There will be a Pet Adoption Drive in 5 days.

It is open to as many independent rescuers and animal NGOs in Ipoh as possible but with proper registration procedures.

Date : 6 & 7 August 2022 (Sat & Sun)
Time : 10 am - 5 pm
Venue : Lotus Bercham (previously known as Tesco - scan QR Code on white flyer for location)

There'll be plenty of cutie pies there looking for their forever loving homes.

The Bercham shelter is in dire needs.

However, the admin is not taking charge of fund raising for this shelter as she is unable to update the transactions to donors due to her tight schedule.

Will appreciate your continuous support to Ms Vanessa to feed her rescued strays, about 80 of them now. She is a 1 woman show from cleaning, feeding, medicating etc.

Please help us!

We are short of funds to purchase food for our furkids for the month of December. The whole of November we managed to raise only RM850 😭😭😭😭😭

Still short of RM2000. 💔

We understand that we do not update often but that is only because we are shorthanded. Caretaker and her friend run the shelter on daily basis after their working hours. Same goes to the admin of fb & ig page too.

We now have 67 dogs which need your help :

Total pups :12
Total teenagers (above 6 mths to 1 year old): 23
Total pregnant mommies : 1
Total adult dogs : 29
Total sick dogs : 2

Dear well wishers who have been supporting the Pups & Paws shelter with monthly food rations,

We had generous contribution of RM2,306.88 in August which enabled us to get sufficient stock for September.

However, for October stock we received only RM1,000.00 which is way below the needed sum 😭😭😭😭

The furkids need your help. Pls reach out to me if you would like to support the furkids. This shelter is located in Bercham. The caretaker, Ms Vanessa Yong manages everything all alone and that is why i got into the scene to help her with food rations.

Running a shelter is not at all easy. Plus rescuers and volunteers expect the caretakers to take in each and every dog they come across. We would definitely do that if we have enough manpower and the funds but sadly...NO, WE CAN'T TAKE IN ALL!

Pls help us to feed the puppies, mommies to be, the sick, the old...pls 🙏🏾
