After much reflection and careful consideration of both personal and professional factors, I have made the incredibly hard decision to close Dog Shop MCR… 😔.
This has not been an easy choice and it comes with a heavy heart, but it feels like the right one for me at this time.
I am so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported Dog Shop over the years and so thankful for all your smiles,wagging tails and love from all our customers, suppliers and friends…. Your loyalty and kindness has been the best 🥰.

Well guys… that’s it 💔

Today we closed the doors on Dog Shop Manchester for the very last time. It’s a sad day – but don’t worry, we’ll be reopening very soon in Heaton Moor 🐾 (more info coming soon).

We can’t thank you enough for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the past 4 years. Without you, Dog Shop wouldn’t be what it is today.

Being part of the Manchester community has been such a joy – I (Adele) have made so many great friends and will miss the daily banter and gossip more than I can say.

And to all your amazing dogs… what can I say? We’ve been like proud step-parents, watching tiny pups grow into gorgeous (mostly well-behaved! 😅) dogs. We’ve been licked, snuggled, snorted on, and yes, even nibbled a few times – and we wouldn’t change a thing.

It’s sad to think we won’t see you all as often, but this isn’t goodbye – it’s just a new chapter. Dog Shop is heading to Heaton Moor and we can’t wait to meet even more wonderful dogs (and their humans).

In the meantime, we’re still online for all your treat top-ups. Stay tuned for details on our new location and opening date.
