Safari's Sanctuary - Unethical Practices Safari’s Sanctuary in Broken Arrow, OK is another pseudo facility much like Big Cat Rescue Tampa,

Ethical Zoo’s/facilities feed meat animals that have already lost their lives for the human food chain. There is no need whatsoever to feed domesticated pet rabbits to big cats. There are programs available to receive meats which include cow intestines and whole bones; there is no need for extra animals to die. This needless protocol supports the cruel world of back yard rabbit breeders and contri

butes to rabbits being bred in cages, often living in squalor. For no good reason other than cheap food, wanton cruelty and disrespect of one life over another are pet domesticated rabbits fed to big cats. A true animal sanctuary is a facility where animals are brought to live and to be protected for the rest of their lives, it is not a place that promotes animal cruelty or causing the death of animals. When humans take on the responsibility owning animals we also have moral responsibilities. Please support ethical animal facilities that do not choose one animals life as more valuable than another.
