We strive to give you the confidence you need to know your pet is in capable, skilled, and compassionate hands, while your away. you will need to bring updated vaccination records, including boardetella and influenza. and their food,treats,blanket or whatever they like to sleep on and toys. dogs need to be on a leash when dropped off and picked up. if you need to pick up or drop off outside of the hours. arrangements can be made a fee may apply.

***A reminder the kennel will be closed from September 7th to the 29th** for a long overdue vacation.
Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause anyone. I will try to get phone calls but it sounds like phone service may not be the best...🐾

"Yesterday I adopted the oldest, sickest, and sorest shelter dog. I'll never forget his eyes. When I went into the cage he didn't even bother to look, he knew I wouldn't even see him.

Curling around the corner He'd accepted his fate. The volunteer said to me many times... Are you sure this one? Are you sure? YES! This is my dog. He opened the cage and 3 animals fell on me. I ran towards him, suddenly he looked at me as if he saw an angel... I hugged him and told him that now he'll be happy again. Then he sleeps in my lap... probably the first peaceful sleep he ever had.

Give it a life. Give it a hug. They need us."

Hi all,
Due to the huge amount of stray dogs and cats that have been roaming in the area. I have had several dumped at my place. Who knows someone got a puppy for Christmas so the older dog is out. This is so sad to me. I have had to catch 6 kittens in the last 2 months and take them to a kitten rescue. Where they will be fixed and given vaccinations and re homed .
I just sent an adult cat to be fixed. The is crazy.
My daughter has just rescued a dog that has been in a cage for 2 years .no socialization at all.😔.And there are more.
I am reaching out for help for the month of January and February. If anyone would like to donate cat food or dog food. You can bring it to Canine Guest House LLC .
For every 20lbs of food donated I will give a coupon for 10$ off your next stay here at our boarding facility .
It will be so appreciated 🐾🐾. Cat food it going to cat and kitten rescue... in Harrison. Dog food will go to Clare animal shelter

Hello all!!
Happy New Year🎉.
Going into 2024. I wanted to let you all know the Kennel will be closed from September 6th through the 29th. Sorry for any inconvenience. 🐾.

As of right now I am full for spring break..
If you are planning any holiday weekend get aways or vacations and might need to board your fur babies . Please call early these fill up fast..🐾

Reminder to check vaccination records to make sure everything is up to date .some vaccinations require 48 hours and up to 2 weeks prior to boarding.🐾

And drop off and pick up times 8am to 10:30am
And 4 pm to 7pm week days

Weekends 9 am to 11am
5pm to 7pm.

If you need times outside of these hours please make arrangements with me.
If you want to check out the Kennel before boarding and do meet and greet also make arrangements for day and time.🐾

Hello everyone,
Our summer has come to an end, and the days are getting shorter.
With that, morning drop off and pick up times are changed to 8 am to 10:30 am.........
And, the Holidays are around the corner , we are all ready filling up, so If you have plans out of town I would be happy to care for your fur baby while you're away 🐾💕 Thank you , Happy Fall 🍂

Hello all,
Moving forward I am sorry to say, I will not be taking dogs for just the day. (daycare).
I am so sorry for any inconvenience this will cause anyone, If you have a daycare scheduled sometime in the future it will certainly be honered.

A reminder also of hours of drop off and pick up
Monday thru Friday
7am - 10:30 am
4pm-7pm (closed from 10:30am to 4 pm)

Saturday and Sunday
9am to 11am
5pm to 7pm
(Closed from 11am to 5 pm)
**It is good to set up an appointment time during the hours off drop off and pick up..
If you need a different time, arrangements need to made a head of time.

Canine guest house located in clare still has a couple openings for the upcoming weekend as well as the 4th of July weekend, to board your dogs while your away.
