Toba Adventure Gear is a small business started by a dog mom with two very adventurous pups that needed some heavy duty gear to put up with the dirt, mud and stink of all the adventures!

Our Winter/Spring 2025 Ambassador Search!

Welcome to Toba Adventure Gears Winter/Spring 2025 Ambassador search!

We are looking for accounts of all sizes, follower count does not matter, we just want to see you engaging with your followers and actively engaging with us!
While we love to see those who already own and love our gear apply, not owning gear does not mean you will not be accepted, it is NOT a requirement of applying.

Ambassador Requirements:
🎾 - Post 3x a month with your gear
🏀 - Post 1x a week in your story
🎾 - Send us additional photos to use for advertisement
🏀 - Share any sales, new products, etc!
🎾 - Have code displayed in Bio or Highlights!
🏀 - Be active in the ambassador group chat!
🎾 - Have a public Instagram account

This Search is open to 🇨🇦 AND 🇺🇸 - International Friends are also welcome to apply!

The search with Run today (Saturday December 28th 2024) until Sunday December 29th 9:00PM CST. Ambassadors with be contacted before December 30th 2024, Official Term beginning February 1st - May 31st 2025

Shop Updates!

~ I have about 5 orders left to have completed all orders placed in 2024, unfortunately while working on orders yesterday a vital piece to the process broke. I immediately went to order a new one and unfortunately my supplier is closed until January 2nd. I have put a rush order on that piece to get it ASAP. With this I expect to have the remaining orders completed and shipped by January 8th 2025.

~ Shipping: We will begin to use Canada Post again, which means the flat rate shipping will return to $18.50.

~ Ambassador Search: Will be posted shortly and run until 9pm CST On December 29th.

I decided to do it slightly earlier for a few reasons. I would like to give myself ample time to complete the Ambassador Orders and ship out to arrive on time for the beginning of the term. With This, The website will be closed from January 5 - February 1st (sooner as the ambassador orders get completed as too not overwhelm myself with too many orders!)

I think that is all for now, I truly appreciate everyone’s support and patience as we worked through a tough year!

It’s once again been a hot minute since we posted so let’s talk updates!

~ Orders are still being completed and shipped! We have found a company available to us at comparable rates to Canada Post, that are cheaper than Purolator! The majority of these orders however have been over $20 which is more than I pay for flat rate boxes! Temporarily our flat rate shipping has been upped to $20. HOWEVER ~ If I go to ship your order and it is LESS than the flat rate fee, I will be reimbursing you the difference. I am NOT out here trying to profit off of shipping fees!

Order Status ~ I am currently finishing up the last of the November orders and starting into December! We are still currently on track to finish all orders placed prior to Our Christmas Cut off on time and still be delivered prior to Christmas!

General Updates:
Life as we know can be busy, I have recently accepted a new position at work that requires a bit more of my attention. With this, Our processing times remain 2-5 weeks, special orders may be slightly outside of this but I will contact you if this is the case!

I do still need to have a work, Toba & Life balance as to not neglect areas of my life 🩵

As the year ends I reflect on the growth that has happened, the struggles we have overcome and the overwhelming support from everyone. It is not all about the orders, the people who like, comment, share our posts or share about us to others. It truly means the world to me & is the reason I continue working on bettering myself and the business 🩵

New Update!

With Canada Post officially on strike with no mail moving we have made a few changes!

~ We will have a few options at check out!

1- Canada Post Flat Rate ~ $18.50, orders will ship once Canada Post is off strike. Please note, this may add additional time to your order delivery. Our Order processing time is still 2-5 weeks!

2- Purolator Ground - $30 (this offers a faster delivery time, processing time is still 2-5 weeks)

3- Local Pick up! We are lucky to have a pickup available . Please ensure that once your order is ready you pickup in a timely fashion!
