This is Tyson, he is a 10 year old Staffordshire Pitbull mix. Tyson has had a really rough past but is still full of life and eager to find his new forever home. He use to be an outside dog and his previous owners heavily neglected him. He has skin irritation all over his belly due to his previous owners forcing him to stay out in the dirt 24/7, even when it was pouring rain. He is the sweetest boy and deserves a loving family that will give him all the love and affection that he deserves. He is also neutered and he is great with people. His previous owners wouldn’t take him on walks and wouldn’t interact with him, so it’s best for him to find a home with someone that will have patience when it comes to training. He is a very smart dog and will do amazing with an owner that shows him unconditional love, affection and patience. If you live near the Bay Area or are willing to drive please consider adopting him. He is currently at the Martinez animal shelter and has been there since September 3rd, 2021. If you feel like you would be the perfect match for Tyson please call the Martinez animal shelter and ask for him. His ID # is A0748564 and he is currently in kennel number D05.
