These 3 are from Skye and Terra. Oldest one is 4 weeks tomorrow. Parents had a bit of a learning curve learning to feed, so early development was slow with the two younger ones. But they're doing great now! These guys are also being parent raised.

A few babies. The first ones I'm posting are from my import hen, Citron and her mate, Basil. Citron is a lutino. I don't know if she has any splits. Basil is d green/turq. They are all being parent raised. I take them out daily to interact with them. 4 weeks old now and huge!

One more great solar eclipse photo for you!

This is a series of pictures of the moon eclipse in the sun from Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah!

In 1923, Bryce Canyon experienced a partial eclipse during a total solar eclipse that passed along the Pacific coast. Now during their centennial year, they’ve now come “full circle” with yesterday’s “Ring of Fire” eclipse.

Bryce Canyon won’t be in the direct path of another eclipse for hundreds of years.

Photo Note: This composite image was created by combining an unfiltered vertical image taken during the first half of the eclipse with 11 solar-filtered images of the sun taken at 15-minute intervals throughout the eclipse. It is not possible to view an annular eclipse event without a solar filter. This composite image is intended as a love letter to the landscape, astronomy, and memories woven together by this eclipse.

7 active youngsters from 2 clutches. 3 green and 4 d green. Otherwise known as the flying circus. 😀

Pip and Squeak come through again. 4 perfect d greens. Haven't been dna'd yet, but I'm leaning towards the oldest 3 being males. Youngest needs to feather in a bit more. Oldest was 4 weeks on Wed. 6/14 and youngest was 3 weeks on 6/13.

Almost ready for their new homes. Took them about 2 seconds to jump on the Flying Trapeze where they have been hanging much of the day. Must have for linnies. ;-)

First hatches this year. The Fab 4 - d green babies from Pip and Squeak. Hatched 4/12-4/18. The youngest one is definitely a bit behind... it was so tiny when born I wasn't sure it was going to make it, but Pip and Squeak are awesome parents

Breeding season started late this year, but I'm happy so far. First up were two d greens from Pip and Squeak. Next, 2 greens from Sage and Parsley. Mulberry and Smokey also have 2 chicks, colors not yet determined. And Pip and Squeak produced a 2nd clutch of 4 this time... they will be cobalt or d green. Can't wait to see!
