“Here’s a picture of Freddie! Please feel free to use his picture and our story. Very happy with VetTriage service. You guys are amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of your team. Freddie ate a ton of chocolate at 10:30pm well after my vets had closed for the day and you answered my call immediately and put my mind at ease. You walked me through the whole process and even kept emailing with me until 2am. Freddie made a full recovery with no ill affects thanks to you guys! Thanks again! I have great peace of mind knowing I can call you again if something bad happens after hours.”

Hello I spoke to Ana Rosa-Rivera on Friday March 22nd at 4:00 am about my beagle/red tick mix dog Gilbert This is a picture of him, he had a badly swollen lymph gland on his jaw/neck and was having issues with drinking, walking eating, he also has an eye infection, I was concerned mainly about his ability to breathe until my Veterinarian opened on Fri morning. They took him in as soon as I got there on Friday morning and they did a biopsy on the swollen lymph node, ran the full gammit of blood work that they run on a senior dog exam, and gave him a shot of streiods to hopefully shrink the swelling, and checked him over good for other swelling. We are back home now and I want to thank the young lady who graciously calmed me down as I was on the verge of a nervous break down. This dog is my life right now as I lost my husband and am so lonely now. I am praying all the tests come back all right and that he does not have cancer. Again thank you for your service provided very much appreciated after a very long night of panic.

Thank you Dr. Garlichs for your guidance on New Years Eve! The pepcid worked great for Stephanie (left in photo). She recovered over two days and is back to demanding food at meal times, and tormenting Felicia (right).

I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and answer my questions. I called Vet Triage not knowing what to expect, but I am very happy I did.

Thank you!
Valisa and Stephanie

VetTriage Mission

VetTriage is the world’s foremost provider of veterinary telehealth services. Our team of experienced, licensed veterinarians are located across the United States and are vigorously screened to ensure the highest quality of services for you, the concerned pet owner.

The founders saw a need in the world of veterinary medicine for pet owners to have affordable access to immediate triage advice from a veterinarian 24-hours a day, 365-days a year when a pet emergency arises. When such issues arise they often occur outside of the normal hours of your family veterinarian. You may be traveling with your pet outside of your hometown, enjoying the outdoors with your pet in a remote location, unable to run out the door to seek veterinary medical attention, or are simply unsure that an emergency hospital visit is necessary.

This is where VetTriage bridges the gap for pet parents. Utilizing our proprietary technology developed by our in-house team, we are able to connect pet owners instantly via video chat from any computer or mobile device. Our veterinarians are able to assess your pet based on information provided by you, all the while viewing your pet on screen. This offers our doctors the best opportunity to provide a preliminary diagnosis, and give you cursory medical advice on how to next proceed. These recommendations can range anywhere from your pet being ok to wait until the following morning to see your family vet, to prescribing medication to treat help the suspected condition, to sending your pet to the nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital for an additional assessment and life-saving assistance.
