Old-Fashioned Potato Candy
INGREDIENTS
6 cups powdered sugar, plus more if needed
1/2 cup russet potato, mashed and cooled (about 1 large potato)
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

It is raining today so no outside fun 🙁🙁🙁. I took them out for a very short time just so they could get air and I could get them cleaned!! I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest, most polite young man this morning. He picked up Lt/Big Blue. (We are in Kentucky!!). Pretty girl is now in Tennessee (I am not mad at it). Hopefully video tomorrow.
