We’ve been pretty quiet on here so we apologize! It’s been a whirlwind with year end & holidays! But we’re back! 💚🤍

We wanted to share some exciting news on a recap of 2024. After several events & the support of our followers we are happy to report we helped 3 doggies find their furever homes through the year! Our puppy yoga is not only about having fun & rescue awareness, it’s also a chance for our attendees to get to know the adoptable pups & see if they be a good fit. These classes - are a lot at times lol - but these dogs time and time again show up and have a blast. If these dogs can react so well in such busy environments we count that as a win! They love the attention, treats & snuggles! The pups that attend thrive & deserve the best.

And this past year 3 pups have been adopted! Here’s their stories: 😉😊

Twinkle - Peace Love and Poms Rescue - 7 years old Pomski retired mill momma, adopted to our yoga instructor Beth & her family! She even has a kitty sibling!

Millie - Zoe's House Rescue - 2 year old backyard breeder surrendered Golden, adopted to one of our yoga class attendees Kristin and her family! They came and did a meet & greet immediately after class! Millie started off shy/scared and is now thriving with her new family!

Bailey - Zoe’s House Rescue - Cavalier mix retired mill momma as well, and now loving her new life with her family & fur sibling! Cheryl was a past event attendee and fell in love with Bailey right away!

We can’t do what we do without you! Thank you so much! Please keep spreading the word about LLP & our events we are currently planning for 2024! Let’s find more pups the homes they deserve in 2025!!!

What an awesome yoga class this morning! 💚🐾 thank you to all who showed up! We had a blast - pups did too! ☺️ Thank you to our two rescues: Charlie's Crusaders Pet Rescue & Peace Love and Poms Rescue for bringing the adoptable pups! 💚

We have 3 pups that may have apps going in for adoption - 1 for sure is in already! This is what it’s all about! Getting these pups out to shine & hopefully meet their furever families. 🐾🙏🏻 Will keep everyone updated but send some positive vibes towards the class pups today! Hoping they found their people!

To all who donated THANK YOU!!

Apologies for my delay in posting! Your donations (for people & pets) are appreciated more than you ever will know! We packed full two large vehicles of donations in less than a week! The generosity & kindness you’ve all shown truly shows humanity still exists. We take care of our own 🙏🏻❤️ everything from diapers, formula, food, bedding, crates, medicines, & everything in between were all donated! Both people & pets were well taken care of!

We couldn’t have done this without you! And we thank you for you from the bottom of our hearts!

If we hear of another truck going down soon we will collect again for another round to NC/TN. We also anticipate FL will be needing our help too! We will update as we find reliable trucks again & updated donation lists! 🙏🏻

We got more than we expected! You guys rock! We do anticipate another donation drive in the next week for Hurricane Milton victims. Our hearts and prayers go out tonight to friends, families & followers in FL as Milton makes its way across the state. If you missed the last donation drives we will most likely be having more! I will update as we go! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Just a reminder tomorrow Monday 10/7 we have 2 pickups planned at Dutchway in Ephrata:
10am & 4-4:30pm
We’ll be parked in the back of the Dutchway lot closer to 272!

We are Still collecting pet & regular necessities. Next truck leaves at end of the week but I need to deliver mid week since we have such a large load! We will continue to collect as we find more trucks! Thank you all who have donated already & are still donating this week!!

**NEXT DROP OFF/PICKUP LOCATION MON 10/7:
Ephrata Dutchway off of 272 at 10am and 4-430pm!!**

What an outpouring of love & compassion we’ve had so far! And we’re going to keep collecting and dividing up the loads to take south! We sent a first load with Ephrata Agway’s pallets tonight, which will leave Sunday AM. (Pic of 1st load to a church outside of Asheville is in comments below!) 🙏🏻

Next week we’d like to have the other donations collected by Tuesday evening for the next round of donations to go to an animal shelter outside of Asheville NC in need! Same list applies (crates, blankets, towels, dog/cat food, treats, toys, etc) as well as regular non perishables, diapers, baby formula & more!
*I will check on water for this carrier- as Sundays truck was asked to hold water for another week as they had an influx of water intake past few days and needed other supplies at the moment**

You are all AMAZING! Keep the blessings coming!!! We can’t do what we do without our community! THANK YOU!!!!

Doggie races during Bock Fest was a success. Congrats Bunny on the win, as “Top Wiener”, and thank you Chief McKim for leading the races! 🐾🐶
