How to step into greater leadership in your life: 👑
Leadership comes with a role of power, to make decisions, lead others, and have influence.
But true leadership begins within, in leading yourself. A true leader finds ways to lead no matter his title or social status.
A true leader is connected to his heart, and has the direction and resilience to stay the course even when the road gets rough. He gets his strength from his devotion in service of a purpose larger than himself.
When your King archetype is out of balance, you are either diminishing your true power or asserting too much of it. When you come from a place of fear, selfishness, and greed, it’s a signal that you are out of alignment with your higher self and purpose. The Shadow King is scared of losing power and hoards it by keeping other people down, or neglecting the needs of the community. It’s important to focus on leading yourself first, and being the student, dedicating yourself to being in right relationship and in service of others.

Are you acting out of self-interest or taking the larger ecosystem into consideration?
