Important Notice!
To all the valued clients that I have been blessed to meet through our pet care relationships, I want to say a big thank you! Hopefully you know how much I love your pets as if they were my own and I have treasured every minute I have gotten to spend with them while you have enjoyed time away with your family and friends over the years. However, it is becoming clearer and clearer to me that I am spreading myself too thin between the pet sitting business and my regular full-time career in the mortgage industry. I am not a person that says no very easily, so when I am asked to take care of pets, whether it be a month in advance notice or three hours, I very rarely turn a client down. Unfortunately, my desire to help a client in need and my devotion to your pets is starting to affect my ability to spend time with my own family and friends, as well as time for myself to rest, recuperate and enjoy just doing absolutely nothing if I choose. So I have made a decision to discontinue the portion of my business that serves clients that need me on a daily basis for potty breaks or daily walks, as well as my overnight services as of September 1st. 
I will still be available for pet care needs for my clients that are going on vacation or may be traveling out of town for the weekend or have emergency situations come up but these will be on a first come first serve basis and I will not be scheduling more than 3 clients per day. Also, I will no longer be accepting any requests for visits that are less than two weeks in advance.
I know this is a little different than what I have been willing to do in the past but this is what is best for me and my family, and that is what is most important to me.
I am more than happy to refer you to other pet sitters that I have networked with in the past, as well as other pet sitting businesses. Be advised that these businesses are licensed and bonded and their fees will vary from mine. Their time is valuable and they may have expenses that I did not have to deal with so please keep that in mind when you are contacting them for pet care.
If you are already on my calendar through the end of the year, be advised that nothing is changing. Also be advised that if you aren’t on my calendar that does not mean that I cannot offer care but I am going to be way more discerning in the amount of time I am willing to spend away from my family. So, the sooner you get on my calendar, the more likely it is I can fit you in!
