Moonlight Monsoon planting session. Growing veggies in Arizona is a race against the clock. Started tomatoes, basil and Eggplant indoors on Independence Day, planted all around august 15th and covered with hay funky fresh out of the goat pin.

These carrots have been growing about 3 months solid. Indiscriminately thrown down a row and watered religiously. The carrots have grown very slow as many plants tend to do during hotter or colder spills.(dormant). A major advantageous growing root vegetables in Phoenix heat is their ability to maintain and help the soil. The foliage protects the soil from the sun while the roots help brake up the soil and promote massive microbial growth.

Best goat cheese I’ve ever had, used in all the best restaurants. Will be posting on jobot website later, limited quantity right now, but setting up a weekly deliver starting next week

Good Afternoon! Week 3 CSA Update. We have 12 slots left to fill this week, cutoff is Wednesday 10:00. Go to jobotcoffee.com, scroll to the bottom, select CSA FRI. April 3rd. We will be scaling up our sales gradually as much as possible. Moving forward we will be closing orders buy Wed. morning, placing orders Wed. afternoon. Farmers will be harvesting produce Thursday, we will be sorting and have available for pick up or delivery Friday morning/afternoon. Any questions to hesitate to reach out to me directly.
