Huge Shout Out to Top Crop Garden, Farm & Pet for helping another Rescue by sending back some food with these ladies to help feed more dogs in care after they brought a load of 4 legged loves out to me. This business does so much to support animals ! I can't say thank you to them enough.

Well another successful transport day! Thanks to these 2 wonderful gals Maureen Minter & Kat for jumping in a van,driving through blinding snow the biggest part of the trip and bringing out pups/ dogs from Lexi’s Relief Rescue to me here. 11 more lives saved!!!
As usual my driveway was a busy place with fosters & adopters anxiously waiting for their arrival. All are now settled in with their families. We will all sleep well tonight!

Meet Bruiser! This friendly dog is a Bull/Boxer with a nice brindle & white coat. We think he is very handsome! Bruiser is about 8-years-old. We don't know much about his past, but we know that he's a sweet boy who loves attention. Since he is a senior, his adoption fee is reduced.

Vinnie is still looking for a placement before Friday. Otherwise we will have to leave him behind .
He's aproximately 5-6 months old. Has had his vaccines and nueter will be booked and paid for here. He's a bit unsure and timid til he gets to know you. Will need a home that's patient and can help build his confidence. Not sure if he's been around cats.

What a year! We couldn't have done it without this Community. So I give credit to all the business's and individuals who have contributed to helping wether it be In the form of $$'s , bottles, or holding fundraising events , Thank you! My Fosters and Volunteers are Top Notch. So many lives saved because of them! And to each and every past adopter , thank you for giving these pets a new loving home, and as I whisper in every pets ear as they are leaving " Happy Furever"! Cheers to 2025! Let's save some more!

V***N & VINNIE
These 2 pups were found outside freezing in a Northern community in Manitoba. They are about 4 months of age and still need some training. Vinnie is quite shy and timid. He is crate trained though, so that helps. He is shy and whines because he is unsure so needs a patient person. Oh what some love can do to make him trust humans again! V***n is the opposite of her timid brother. She is more outgoing.

Ben will be coming to us January 10th and I'm looking for a placement for him. He's a 7- 8 month old Chihuahua. Will be placed on our Nueter list once he arrives. Currently living with other dogs with no issues. He is crate trained and house trained.

UP FOR ADOPTION

Meet Joey! He's an approximate 3 year old nuetered Male Golden Lab X. 93 lbs of pure love! He's now had his core vaccines , and Rabies .
He's settled in at his foster home with both another dog and a cat. Absolutely no issues. Just wants to give love and recieve love. Enjoys getting out for a good romp in the snow , and I'm sure he'll be the first in the water come summer.
He came from a home with kids, and loved them all. I would recommend no toddlers as he doesn't know his size and might bowl them over with his enthusiasm. Rides great in car.

🎆 New Year's Eve is almost here, and so are the fireworks! Did you know that more pets are lost on this night than any other? 😿

While fireworks signal celebrations for us, they can be terrifying for our furry friends. The loud noises often cause fear and anxiety, leading some pets to try to escape by jumping or digging under fences - and in the process, they can get hurt.

To help keep your pets safe, here are our top tips for the fireworks season:
🐾 Know when fireworks are happening so you can plan ahead
🐾 Give your pet plenty of exercise beforehand - a tired pet is a calmer pet!
🐾 Create a cozy, safe space inside with closed blinds, a comfy hideaway, and calming music or TV to mask the noise
🐾 Stay calm and act normally - avoid comforting your pet too much, as it can reinforce anxiety
🐾 Make sure your pet is microchipped and that their details are up-to-date, just in case they escape

WONDERING WHAT TO DO WITH ALL YOUR AFTER HOLIDAYS BOTTLES & CANS. WELL WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM! EVEN THE ANIMALS GET IN ON THE SORTING AS YOU CAN SEE! MILK CARTONS , EGGNOG, AND JUICE BOXES SEEM TO BE A HOLIDAY FAVORITE OF THEIRS! LOL
WE HAVE DROP OFF BINS AT BOTH CRANBROOK AND KIMBERLEY TOP CROP LOCATIONS. THEY CAN ALSO BE DROPPED OFF IN MY CARPORT ANYTIME AT 913 10TH ST S. OR IF YOU CANT GET OUT AND NEED THEM PICKED UP JUST CALL OR TEXT ME AT 250-417-7803 .

Sweet Beau is still looking for her forever home. As you can see shes really styling her new Xmas sweater that was gifted to her. She's the last of 8 pups we had on display during Santa Pet Photo's at Top Crop Garden, Farm & Pet . An adorable little girl. Aproximately 14 weeks old now. Has had her first 2 sets of core vaccines, been dewormed and her spay is booked for when shes older. Her mom is a border collieX that weighs 40 lbs. We don't know who or what dad was. She's been around other dogs and kids.
