Offering up: A 7 year old 15 hh Blue Roan double Hancock mare.
She is a very sweet mare I bought for my 8 year old daughter, at no fault of her own, ended up being more horse than my daughter needed (fancy buttons, tall). She is double Hancock bred but has NOT been cold back, bucked or crazy on me. I have had her for about 4 months. They said she was shown in English and Western pleasure, trail ridden, started tracking a roping sled and started on barrels. I have not done a lot with her because of time and other horses I am currently working on for our needs on our ranch. I am not a trader or trainer, simply looking for the perfect matches for my daughters and this one wasn't the best fit. Dollie has been ridden here at the ranch and does good. She lopes nice circles, responds to leg pressure and will walk on loose reins. I have not tracked a sled on her but she does know the barrel pattern and I think would excel in that event. I'm a roper so please excuse my barrel pattern videos. She has really good ground manners and gets along well with others in the field. Easy to catch with a feed bucket. Stands for the farrier and hauls. She really is a good horse and very pretty, my daughters love to love on her. I am not listing her as a kid horse because I think an intermediate rider would suite her better. If there is a girl looking for her next barrel horse with experience, I think she would be great.
