¡Nuestros dias de salud para perros fueron un éxito! ¡Mejoraramos la salud de 60 perros que ahora están vacunados, desparasitados y tienen tarjeta de salud.
Muchas gracias a Dr. Liz Rojas la veterinaria y a Tony su asistente; A Dr. Ramón y Nutriservi; a los voluntarios; a las personas que patrocinaron; a la cooperativa Mar por el sitio; a cafe Panachocolat, cafe Caricaco y la fruteria para alimentarnos.

Estamos vacunando este domingo 3 de julio en la Cooperativa en Santa Catalina de 8am - 2pm (por hora de llegada).

Incluye vacunación multiple (parvovirus, distemper y otros) y desparasitación completa (contra pulgas, garrapatas y áceros) con NexGard para perros.

Requisitos:
- Edad minima: 8 semanas
- Tenga su perro amarrado
- Perro en buen estado de salud/NO hembras prañadas
- Covid-19: mascarilla obligatorio

Esta madre y sus tres cachorros parece que los dejaron en Santa Catalina y necesitan un hogar. Les dimos comida y los medicamentos necesarios y ayudamos con la vacunación y la esterilización pero necesitan urgentemente un lugar donde pueden quedarse porque están en la calle y no estan seguros. Son muy tranquilos, amables
y hermosos. ¡Háganos saber si puede adoptar o donar! Muchas gracias

This mum and her three pups were left behind in Sta Catalina and need a home. We gave them food and the necessary medications and help with vaccination and

We are happy to announce that Animalandia is organising another low cost spay and neuter clinic for dogs and cats on Sunday 12th of December in Hicaco, Panama. More concrete info will follow soon!

This clinic will have a huge impact on the number of strays and the overall health and happiness of the animal community. We can only make this happen because of donations and the commitment of volunteers so we need your help!

Las perritas, no tienen deseo de ser madres y criar cachorros...

Parir duele. 🥺
Y en la calle sin protección duele aún más.
Amamantar cachorros débiles y hambrientos duele.... 😢
Y más duele aún si has sido abandonada.
Sufren miedos en las calles....
Luchan por la supervivencia, eso cansa.
Después de tantas luchas, los cachorros no tendrán suerte...
Las estadísticas muestran que de una camada de 10, solo 1 llega al final de la vida siendo amado y respetado.

After their last litter we have been helping them out with food and meds and they are now strong enough to get sterilised. This is Kristi. She is súper sweet and is a real character. She couldn't stand her plastic cone and was licking her wound so we had to make her this t-shirt. We think she is looking lovely! We named her Kristi because Kristi sponsored her operation and vacination. Claudia is fostering her untill she heales completely but we are still looking for a more permanent home.

Our spay and neuter clinic last saturday was a success! We operated 7 cats and dogs and all patients are recovering well. We are super happy to introduce “Dr. Liz”. A young, local and super motivated veterinarian who is now working with us. Thank you, Liz, you are amazing!
We cannot do this without the help of our volunteers and sponsors. A big thank you to Elena, Paola, Claudia, Kristen, Kristi, Paco and Anthea!

Karlien has been keeping this organization alive in Panama. With the supplies we left behind for future clinics she has provided antibiotics and wound care under the direction of our American partner and local veterinarian via text or WhatsApp.
Animalandia is having their first spay and neuter mini clinic since Covid this Saturday. Dr. Liz is traveling to Santa Catalina to perform the surgeries at a deep discount but there are a few strays that we need to sponsor. We are taking donations for these guys. DM Rhandi Edwards if you would like to donate. Without the generous donations we would not have been able to do any of this. We thank you!

Meet Teki! An adorable male castrated cat looking for a loving home. Teki is less than 1yr old, very playful, affectionate and quiet. He was rescued 2 months ago from a dog attack which left an open wound on his back leg. He has been seen by a vet in Santiago and is getting treatment, he'll only need that to be cleaned and cared for until it fully heals. No fleas, he's had most of his vaccines done, soon getting his rabies vaccine. He will need a home by August 31st.
