But not every treat makes the cut. If it’s “meh,” they’ll eat it on the spot. If it’s chef’s kiss level delicious? They might hide it away for safekeeping—under a pillow, in a couch crack, or buried in the backyard like a furry little pirate.

So next time your pup buries a bone instead of chowing down, don’t worry—they’re not snubbing your snack. They’re just planning ahead.
