Unless you fully understand the visible light spectrum and how spectrum works on aquatic plants, it is recommended that you personally see how some plants are showing their colors under specific light. Here is a comparison of ADA Solar RGB, Aquasky G, Moon and Twinstar on the same aquarium. Although it is confident to say that all of the lights mentioned above will grow plants really well without any problems, the plants do show different colors under different lights. For example, the red plants are more orange under Aquasky G and Twinstar, while Solar RGB and Chihiro are showing a colder tone. Check your local aquarium supply store and talk to specialist to choose the lights that will not only grow plants well, but meet your personal preference and easy for your eyes.
