Some bridges need to be burned so you can build a better one.... what a difference in people you get some that don't give a rats ass for their clients, very sad... and some that do whatever needs to be done and, in the right way , and no blaming someone else for their screw up...
I have had frenchies for almost 9 years and pretty much keep to myself no getting on lives but listening to them . And pretty much a lot of them just talking s**t about this industry and always complaining about something. I need to w**d out accounts that I follow and follow the positive ones. I'm over getting screwed by people. All it does is teach me... I'm just curious if you had a female in heat and you had the stud owner ship semen for next day and it ended up getting delayed for an extra day but no worries cuz they put 10 day extender so it should be fine right. Well no I opened it and it was packed with a very very thin ice pack and to be honest I don't even know if it would have been fine for next day in triple digits weather...so contacted the stud owner who pretty much blamed FedEx. But here's the kicker they got on a live and basically said it was the shipping box that failed .They said that they normally use a different box. So ok I take the loss of not being able to breed my female and possibly a big one at that but I move on and I have another female that just can in heat asked if I could use her and they didn't care so she was ready and I messaged them and they wanted another shipping cost, they said it was FedEx fault and I mentioned we'll the box wasn't packed properly
For a 100+ degreeweather, and they said that yes, it wasn't a box that I normally use. But they were not going to cover that shipping cost again. And needlessly to say I didn't do it ,what's right is right, so end up finding another and better bridge to go over. How would you guys deal with or ?????
