Thank you for all your shares and prayers but unfortunately our sweet boy didn't make it 😭

Our outreach dog was attacked by 4 other dogs and is now fighting for his life! 💔😭😭😭😭Please ....please .... I'm begging for people to donate, share and pray for our sweet boy TJ! Paws, Awes & Claws rescue has taken him on and they need donations! Not only was he shot but now mauled!! He deserves a chance to live! Please help! The estimate as of right now is $7,000

Not only do we have one of our dogs shot and need placement but we now just found a dumped mauled male rottie 😭😭😭 we don't want to leave him like garbage. We would really like to get him cremated if possible. Would anyone be willing to sponsor his cremation. Please 🙏 he doesn't deserve to be tossed to decay like garbage🥺

Update: The Karens have offered to help with medical cost but he needs a place to go. We need a foster home and a rescue to take him! Please keep sharing!

Our very own Jen and Robin secured these 2 dogs and safely got them to a wonderful rescue!! Jennifer Moore even slept in her truck overnight with them 🫶

Bruno is on his way to his new foster home and officially joining the New Hope Pet Rescue - Michigan crew! 💙🐶🎉

Update: We have secured a transport ride for Bruno on Saturday! Huge thanks to Kristina Sandifer for helping Bruno get to his rescue! 🐶💙Kristina Sandiferly need transport for Bruno from Eastpointe to Fowler!

A rescue stepped up but we have no transport and if he doesn't get there they will replace his spot with another dog! Please can anyone help us out?! Very urgent! He's a very sweet boy! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🥺🥺🥺🥺

Update
This sweet boy is now with Paws, Awes & Claws Rescue. If you would like to donate to his care, we have added a donation button. He is severely matted and will need medical and sedation grooming. This rescue helps us out a lot and really could use donations.

Last night we found a poor kitty stuck in an abandoned house that was boarded up with thick plastic over all the windows and doors. 🥺 This poor thing was screaming for help! 💔 Thankfully we were able to break open the basement window to get him out. He's now safen warm and fed. This poor thing is matted up, was starving and freezing to death. We have no idea how long he was stuck in there. But, we are so thankful we were able to get him safe. ❤️ He deserves a strong name so we are naming him Sylvester Stallone 💪

Update 01/18/24: We have named this poor boy Tyson. He's at Adoring Pet Funeral Home & Cremation Services he will be cremated privately and we will have his ashes and paw print. He will be put next to Teddy as soon as we get him back ❤️

The other day my friends were out doing their outreach a found a frozen emaciated dog, dumped with collar and tie out. He was tossed away like garbage on the side of the street with a cloth blanket over him. We would really like to give this poor baby a proper resting. Please can anyone help us get him cremated? We don't want to leave him there. It's not fair and he didn't deserve it! I know many people will be upset over this picture and I apologize but this is the reality of Detroit... I will not post the whole body because it's horrifying!!

Yesterday we went out to check on our strays. We fluffed the straw, screwed more boards over windows to prevent as much wind as we could from blowing in the houses. It's brutal out there. We found a new brindle doggie with a broken tie out living in a horrible garage. We are going to try and get some video footage to try to find help for her. We hope she didn't freeze to death. We need straw!! If anyone can help out that would be great! I will say that it was pretty quiet in our areas. The dogs we see chained weren't out! 🥰 That's a good thing! If anyone can donate straw or money to buy straw, please let us know!

Everyone meet Mason 🥰

This poor baby was running the streets of Detroit dragging a 10 foot chain! After hours of trying to get him in the dark, he got himself stuck and we were able to secure him. His collar was so tight that it was starting to embed into his neck and his face was starting to swell. Had we not got him that night, he very well could of strangled himself somewhere with his chain while hopping fences. He has been scanned for a chip and posted on lost and found pages and his stray hold is now up. As you know, we are not a rescue and don't have a place to hold dogs. We need rescue placement ASAP! We have so many injured dogs that need our help and the longer it takes for us to find placement, those dogs will not get the help they need. So please 🙏 help us out!! We need a rescue to step up for this sweet young playful boy.
*He's crate trained and heartworm negative!

It's terrible outside! Please please bring your pets inside. It's too cold for them to be outside. Also, please check your gates when letting them out to potty! It's windy and gates will blow open. Shelters and rescues are full to the max and they don't need extra animals running the streets! Roads are bad! Everyone be safe!!

We can't take every animal we see abandoned in Detroit. It's literally impossible, there are just so many of them! We're not a rescue or a shelter. We are simply a street crew. We feed strays, set up temporary shelters all while networking them to find rescue placement. When we come across a severely injured animal, like this guy, we do everything we can for them! Luckily, Paws, Awes & Claws was able to take him on immediately! 🙏 (Thank you!!!) Unfortunately, this sweet boy had some pretty bad injuries to his hip and knee 😔

Update on the dog that was attacked on Christmas
Eve 🎄💔

We have named this handsome boy Bruno!

This sweet boy is healing up nicely and has been
resting hard from being so exhausted trying to
survive on the streets injured. Yesterday, we took
our boy to vet for some much needed medical
attention. They estimated Bruno to be about a year old and is almost 70 lbs 😳😬 he's going to be a big boy! He was put on more antibiotics to help clear up the rest of his poor boo boos. Unfortunately, he has some nasty ear infections, so he got a much needed ear cleaning and some meds inside that last a whole month. He had his heartworm test which thankfully was negative 👏👏 He received his first set of vaccines which will need to be boosted in 3 weeks and a heartworm prevention injection that lasts a whole year 😊 Bruno is scheduled to be neutered on the January 10th. This heart-throb❤️‍🔥will be fully vetted and is still in need of rescue placement.

* NEEDS A RESCUE TO SAVE HIM *

We posted on December 17th about a dog we were told about that was roaming the streets for a few months. That he had some injuries and needed a rescue to help him. Unfortunately, we couldn't catch him and had no rescue to take him to.

Fast forward to 12/24/23 Someone had posted about him being currently injured. We went out to check on him. Once we found him, it was obvious he was attacked. Drooling like crazy, face bloody & swollen and not running away. He let us loop him and put him the car. He has several bites all over his face. Some old and many new. He's underweight but not emaciated (has been getting food from people in the neighborhood) his nails are ground down from constantly running. His ears are dirty, he's dirty and has infected wounds. This precious boy passed out almost immediately! Bless his heart, he was EXHAUSTED! Clearly a dog that's been on his own for a bit now. No collar or microchip!

What's been done for him?

-flea meds/capstar
-dewormed
-on pain meds and antibiotics/allergy meds
-temporarily being held inside, getting meals throughout the day
-stray hold started

What he needs?

-A RESCUE 📣🤞
*his current foster is VERY temporary*
-additional medical attention, only basics done for him so far!

What's the details on this handsome boy?

-We're pretty sure he's young. He's shy but extremely sweet! He seems dog social, not reactive. Doesn't seem to care about cats. Walks good on a leash. No accidents inside! Loves his crate. Very playful! Super cute!!

Update 12/20/23: Still looking for a rescue!

Need rescue placement for injured dog on the eastside of Detroit!

This poor baby needs medical attention ASAP. He was attacked by other stray dogs and is bit up from head to toe with infected wounds. He even has a hole on his head! He's been hanging around the same area for a little bit. We would like to get him help so, we need rescue placement. Please help us out! Can any rescue help? I don't know how much longer he can survive with this infection with being in the elements and not being able to protect himself being so sick.

Update on Morgan

We were notified that Morgan is a dog aide dog and has a spay appointment in January. We did however buy a new cable tie out, some chew toys and gave her a new collar and coat.

Is anyone willing to donate or sponsor Morgan our outreach dog to have her spayed? We are searching for an appointment now. She's in heat and we have witnessed several male dogs on her already. We DO NOT want her to have babies! Please let us know... share and tag ❤️

Also we are not getting any donations so if anyone has a dog house that they are not using please let us know. We would be willing to pick it up.

Meet our newest friend, Morgan! 🐶

This beautiful girl was out running the streets but luckily we were able to locate her and get her back home. We spoke with her owner and he's willing to get her spayed 🙏👏🐶 Our team left some yummy food and helped secure Morgan a little better. We'll be going back out to clean up her yard and get it more safe & secure for her.

Things we need for Morgan:

-Heavy duty tie out
-Secure collar
-Weather safe jacket
-Treats/bones/toys

While doing some outreach this past weekend, we found this cute girl searching for food in the rain. It took a few minutes for her to feel comfortable to approach but when she did, it was very loving! 🥰🐶

We got her in the warm, dry truck and scanned her for a microchip. *ding* Chip found! We were able to get the owners information and made contact! In a beautiful twist of fate, we found out this beautiful girl was stolen 2 months prior to be found! She was found in Detroit but her legal home was about 10 miles away 😬

Happy to report Momma (she IS spayed) is back home, safe with her rightful owners! 🥳

We never know what will happen while doing outreach but these moments are what keep us going! Who knows what could have happened to sweet Momma. 🐶 Additional photos in the comments, plus reunion photo! 🥰
