Which is more disruptive: solicitors or laying hens? 🤔

On March 21st the City of Manchester updated solicitation guidelines to allow commercial solicitation with permit. Solicitors are to make their license visible at all times and are not allowed to solicit on properties with a "No Solicitation" sticker or sign. If you witness solicitation without proper permitting, please notify the Manchester Police at 636-527-9200.
