Ferrets make amazing pets, but they are high maintenance and come with expensive vet bills! Before getting a ferret for your family, as with any other pet, please do your research. :) These fiesty tube socks can be a lot of work, and are not recommended as a first pet without knowledge of the species. July 4th is the most dangerous holiday for pets. Many of them are scared of the loud booms and are more likely to run off.
