It comes pre-filled with a mixture of natural sphagnum and orchid mosses, foraging flowers, and hibiscus petals. But you can stuff it with lots of other safe foods and treats like popcorn, moss, foraging flowers, fresh or dehydrated fruits and proteins, or pretty much anything that you can stuff in there that is safe for your crabs to eat.
