When will I receive payment for the order?

Hello, pet lover!

Payment for the order goes to your Stripe account after the owner has placed the order and you have confirmed that you will fulfill it.

Then you can withdraw this money to your card. You can read more about the rules for withdrawing money on the Stripe website.

In some cases, the owner may not be able to pay for the order the first time. In this case, you will see in the orders that this order has not been paid and we are waiting for payment. We give the owner the opportunity to repeat the payment. If the order has not been paid for two days before completion, the order is automatically canceled.

What does FanClaws do to ensure security?

Ensuring security and trust between the owner, the sitter and the service is one of the most important tasks of FanClaws.

1) We verify the phone number and email of each user of the service so that these data can be used to make contact between the sitter, the owner and the service.

2) All sitter accounts must be confirmed, i.e. sitters must undergo identity verification so that the owners and the service can be sure that the sitter is a real person.

3) Payment of orders outside the site is controlled and in case of violation of this rule, the accounts of the sitter and the owner are banned.

4) All payments are secure and are made through the Stripe payment system.
