Our new case Icy (talga)
She was found in the street 2 weeks ago in a very, very bad shape, bones covered with hair, full of fleas.

Icy turned out to be blind & deaf, which explains so much about her state when she was found, not moving an inch from her spot and so thin because apparently she got abandoned by her owners because of her state in the street and she couldn't feed herslef.
Home cats never survive the street, so guess what would a special need one do?

When we took her in, she weighed 1.2 kilos, after spending with us 2 weeks she is now 3 kilos 😍

Icy needs to be sponsored so we can treat her eyes so she can regain her sight again. She needs to be spayed & vaccinated.

Searching for someone trustworthy, dedicated, committed, and who adores cats to join our team.
Area: nacer City.
Working hours: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, 4 days a week.

Job tasks:

- Understand and know how to deal with cats.
- Knows how to deal with sick cats and give them medications if needed.
- Washing and filling the water bowls.
- Washing & filling dry food dishes.
- Feeding the cat their daily soft meal.
- Cleaning the littre.
- Mopping the floor.
- Cuddle, petting & playing with cats.
- Observing & checking on all the cats, and writing a report about each.
- Grooming the cats (1 or 2 cats per day).

If you are interested and will join our team, please note that you will get a one week training in one of the vet clinics we deal with.

- كنس الأرضيات.
- يلعب مع القطط.
- ملاحظة جميع القطط، وكتابة تقرير عن كل منهم.
- العناية بالقطط / تقليم اظافر و تنظيف الاذن و الجسم (قطة أو قطتان في اليوم).

لو مهتم و حابب تنضم لينا، هتاخد اسبوع تدريب في إحدى العيادات البيطرية اللي بنتعامل معاها.

WE ARE COLLAPSING AND LOOSING ALL HOPES.
And I really can't go on... I am so desperate.

THE CAT'S FOSTER HOME IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELPS!

We need a lot of financial support.

We are now fostering 67 cats, many sick cases (our foster cats and the stray dogs we take care of) consumed the financial support we receive monthly.

We are running out of food & litre.
Starting this Tuesday, we won't have anything to serve to feed the cats.
We have 4 cases with kidney issues, 3 with liver issues, and 2 with digestive problems. These cases eat special dry food that costs us a lot of money.

We need to pay our debts to the vets as soon as possible, which is around 21k egp (430$)
We won't be able to treat the cases we have now unless we pay part of this debt.

We have debts to the food suppliers around 8k egp (165$) we won't be able to order food unless we pay this amount.

We couldn't pay the rent this month.

I REALLY HOPE TO GET HELP BEFORE I TAKE A DECISION TO PUT DOWN THIS PLACE.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO MY BEST AND SOLVE THESE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS ON MY OWN, BUT I AM LITERALLY COLLAPSING AND LOST ALL HOPES.

My name is Bubble
I am almost 3 years old.
I have been living in the foster home for almost 2 years with no luck to get adopted.

One day, I woke up with something bothering my eye and my sight.
After going to several vets, I was diagnosed with a tumour behind one of my eyes.
We still need more tests.
We have a lot of debts to the vets (tests & medications) around 5000 EGP (105$), and we still need to do an MRI & CT .they will cost 16,000 EGP. (340$)

My name is Bamba
I am a female
Fully vaccinated & spayed.
I am approximately 5 years old.
My owner passed away a few months ago.
I didn't leave his side for hours after his death.
No one from his family offered to keep me or adopt me.
So it ended up that I came to Baraka's foster home.
I got really depressed and I stopped eating.
So I collapsed, but my foster mum there didn't lose hope on me.
Now, I am fully recovered and healthy.
But I don't want to live in the foster home.

Will I ever get lucky and find a forever home with a loving family?

Today, we are celebrating 4 years of hard work in rescuing and fostering innocent souls.
The cat in the picture is my 4th rescue case "Baraka"
He was the first resident of the Foster Home.
The picture in 2020 was his first picture in the foster home, and the picture in 2024 is his picture in his forever home in Canada.
Baraka was a real blessing, and he was the reason I started to foster more cases until I reach the day I have one of the most reputable foster homes for cats.

And of course, I can not deny the help of a lot of people who helped me in the beginning and who are still helping me.

Today, Baraka's foster home is celebrating its 4th anniversary because of your help.

Today, we are celebrating the success we reached.

Today, I am Mariam, celebrating the great job I have been doing for the last 4 years. Can't be more proud of myself, and I pray God to have the strength to keep doing what I am doing.

Today, I am celebrating rescuing more than 2500 cases (cats & dogs) in 6 years and fostering 1800 cats and 20 dogs in 4 years.
Rehomed most of the cats and the 20 dogs here & abroad.
TNRd more than 50 dogs & cats in the foster home area and where I live.

Yes, I am so tired, exhausted, and drained sometimes. I collapse from time to time.. but I am happy & proud.

This is Kiwi.
She arrived at our foster home in 2021, and she was 2 years old.
She was rescued by a lady when she was 3 weeks old.
She got bottles feeded, and she stayed with her for 2 years, but for a very personal reason, she had to let her go.
Since she came to our foster home, we have been searching for a forever home for her with no luck.

Kiwi is now suffering from liver disease.
She needs treatments, and she will eat hypatic dry food.
Kiwi needs to live in a separate room now because she can't eat the normal dry food, and since the hepatic dry food is too expensive, we can't take the risk that the other cats eat it with her.
To build a room for it will cost us 5000 EGP, and her monthly food will cost us 2800 EGP.

KIWI needs a sponsor or a kind forever home to take care of her.

Can we get lucky and find anyone who can help us with Kiwi ❤️
