Louie showed us today that when you get rescued, the first thing you really wanna do is to rip open an Eddy 🍻 He’s a 4-year old French bulldog and Blue Heeler mix from Dogs Forever in Cedar Rapids who found his new, happy home in North Liberty.

And even though he emptied the stuffing from an Easy Eddy, he filled our hearts today… and we’ll get him a new toy as soon as gets the goodest bestest boy zoomies out 😂🐶

Today, we met our new best friend in Mt. Pleasant. She's a 3-year-old English Bulldog from Des Moines! And when she's not serving as queen of the couch or enjoying her favorite snack (PINEAPPLE!), she's hanging with the amazing humans of the USS Iowa SSN 797 Commissioning Team and greeting RAGBRAI riders as they cross into the home of Old Threshers. That's a first-class pup.

Torrey, the very goodest boy, visited all the way from Minneapolis today! This Aussiedoodle is named in honor of our favorite Australian punter and a fine golf course in San Diego 🇦🇺 On car rides from Minneapolis to Davenport, he always asks for a pitstop at his favorite brewery to burn some energy. He loves playing fetch, snacking on BGB pupcakes, and squeakin' on his Easy Eddy squeaker.

Keep reppin' those Hawks in the Twin Cities, Torrey!

The good boys and girls are out today on the patios of Iowa! 🥰
Finley made his first visit to Big Grove Brewery and we can't get enough of this little poodle wizard. Finley is a 1-year-old miniature poodle from Clive who loves blueberries, sprinklers, and Hogwarts... so basically he's just like you and me, but cuter.

It's a ❄️ 𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓉𝓉𝓎 𝓈𝓃𝑜𝓌 ❄️ and a good reminder that our patio is open year-round. Snuggling up by a wintry firepit with a cold beer and friends is a beautiful thing... 😏 but it's also a good reminder that the walls of our heated indoor patio area have gone up, welcoming and warming humans of all ages and, of course, the Dogs of Big Grove 🐶

This is now a Dogs of RAGBRAI account 💗 Meet Grover, a Mini Aussie from Bloomfield! At just 9 weeks, this baby diva already knows how to trot her stuff and chill with her toesies in the pool. She’s hanging with a few other pups right next to our tent in Coralville! Come see us and get a little sweetness from these pups 🐶

MODEL CALL! 🐶 Post the best pictures of your best friend between now and May 15 and tag Dogs of Big Grove for a chance to win a sweet bundle of dog merch! Big Grove dog toys, a leash and collar, and our dog treats made with spent grain from after our brewing process will make up the prize pack. And of course the pup parents need some goods too! Made a new friend today! 🐶 All the way from Barrington, IL — Tug visited us this afternoon in Iowa City. Tug is a 13 year-old Bulldog-Boston Terrier mix (and a distinguished gentleman). He loves eating cheese, sleeping, and doing whatever teenagers do. Can’t wait to see you again Tug Boat Toot Toot ⚓️
