Mr Buddy 🦌 loves his lil bff Inkjet 🐈
Buddy wants him to live a long, quality, pain-free life so they can continue to snuggle and play together.💕
Inkjet is not well, his heart is not strong, and he desperately needs to fly to Oahu to see his wonderful Doctors and he urgently needs an echocardiogram and chest XRays.
Heart murmurs and/or congestive heart failure in cats is not always a quick death sentence.
Many, many cats can live longer, healthy lives with proper medical care, medications, and close monitoring by a vet.
We have not raised enough funds yet to fly ✈️ Inky to Oahu. We are still in dire need of $850 to get him to Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital.
We are so incredibly grateful to ALL who have donated so far. We must keep the faith that donations will continue to come in so Inky can get the help he desperately needs and deserves.

ATTENTION NORTHERN CA FRIENDS!!!!! 🚨 URGENT TRANSPORT NEEDED 🚨🐾 From: Santa Cruz Vet Clinic ➡️ To: Napa, CA🐾 Carrier Needed As Well🐈⬛ Sweet Miss Squeaky needs a ride home!This poor kitty was found as a stray in Santa Cruz, CA, hanging around a kind woman’s home for months. Thankfully, she was trapped and taken to the vet through a local TNR program (TNR SAVES LIVES!!!).But here’s the twist—when the vet sedated her for spay, they discovered she was already fixed and microchipped… to us, Rescue Kitties of Hawaii! She was registered back in 2021 in Hawaii, but we have no info on who she was adopted by.We’ve helped hundreds of kitties fly to the mainland through our KITTY FLIGHT ✈️ PROGRAM, and while our old records show we flew her out, we don’t know who she flew with. She is NOT part of our adoptable kitties that we send to rescue partners.🐾 The vet clinic has been incredibly kind and is holding her temporarily until we can get her safely to our trusted rescue partner in Napa. We all know how overcrowded shelters are, and we do NOT want her to be turned in—especially when black cats are often the first to be euthanized. 💔💙 We love ALL of our kitties, and we always take them back. If that’s what we need to do, we move mountains to make it happen. 💙We need urgent transport help to get Miss Squeaky to safety. Inkjet has been fighting for his life since the day he was born—the only survivor of his litter. He is a special needs kitten, 100% deaf, suffering from painful mouth ulcers, chronic infections, and remains small for his age. Through it all, he has fought with everything he has to stay alive. And thanks to YOU, our incredible supporters, he’s had the urgent vet care, special diet, and love he needs.
But now, he’s facing his biggest fight yet.😩
Inkjet’s heart murmur is worsening. 🥹He’s started coughing, and his doctors are deeply concerned. It could be congestive heart failure, asthma, or a lung infection—we don’t know yet. But we must get him to Oahu from Molokai ASAP for an echocardiogram and chest X-ray to find out before it’s too late. ⏰
💔 Inkjet is a special needs kitten who needs urgent medical care.

Farewell, Sweet Noa 🌈 💔
Noa, a beautiful, very old stray cat, found her way to the us on Molokai. She was starving, emaciated, severely dehydrated and crying for help. We gave her warmth, food, and love, and for a brief time, she seemed to recover. Then, suddenly, she could no longer walk, eat, or drink—her body too damaged to heal.🥺
With no vets or animal control on Molokai, we feared she would suffer like Lucy, a senior stray who recently endured six painful days with no help. That was beyond devastating for Lucy and for us to witness, watching helplessly as she suffered until she finally passed. 😩
We reached out for emergency help for Noa, and then, like a miracle, a Maui vet called—she would be on the island the next day anyway, and she would make time to help Noa.😭🙌
Yesterday, the vet arrived and confirmed what we already knew—Noa was dying. Humane euthanasia was the only option. Surrounded by love, she passed quickly, peacefully, and HUMANELY…her old, tired eyes looking up at us as if she were saying, “Thank you for setting me free….”💔
In Hawaiian, Noa means free—and now, she is. Rest easy, sweet girl. You were loved. 🌈 ♥️

We need your help to get three special Molokai rescue kittens to their forever homes! 💕 These babies were abandoned on Molokai and had no chance of survival—no vet care, no spay/neuter, no adopters. Thanks to the incredible dedication of Rescue Kitties of Hawai’i and Aka’ula Cat Garden volunteers, they were bottle-fed and raised with so much love.
If you’ve followed their journey, you know they had a rough start. But with TLC, patience, and care, they’ve blossomed into the sweetest, most loving little souls. Now, their next chapter is waiting!
This morning, they flew to our RKH fosters to get vetted for their final trip—straight into the arms of our trusted rescue partner in San Diego, where amazing families are ready to welcome them home. We just need to get them there!
