Hawaii is paradise, but not for homeless cats.

Our mission and purpose is to rescue abandoned, injured, special needs, and homeless cats on our Hawaiian islands, and to provide urgent medical care. Our volunteers fight daily to save them from euthanasia due to overpopulation and lack of resources. Our goal is to advocate awareness, educate, save cats from harsh conditions in the wild, TNRM, adoption, foster care and networking.

URGENT!🚨 WE ARE OUT OF PUPPY FORMULA😩😭 Our 7 baby Puppies 🐶 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 are running out of puppy milk!! 🆘 All stores are closed Sundays on Molokai as it is, but they don’t sell Petlac in bulk! We aren’t going to have any any more milk!!! 🍼
They are little starving piggies!!!🐷 We only had 2 emergency cans of Puppy Petlac and it won’t last much longer.
We desperately need Puppy Formula purchased on Oahu or Maui and flown here to Molokai today by Mokulele’s same-day Wiki Wiki service.
If you can help, PLEASE donate now and our team can purchase as many cans of Puppy Petlac as possible and drop them at the airport so we can receive them today🙏😩🐾

We have the sweeetest new totally deaf, CH wobbly cat!! He’s somewhere between mild and severe CH. He can’t jump or climb, and he misses the litterbox at times, but I don’t mind any of that.
Mr Goat was a stray found starving and dehydrated under an extremely kind lady’s BBQ grill here on Molokai. He’s definitely wobbly and has a few other issues I need to figure out, but overall, he’s such a precious boy💙🩵🐾💗

This is Mina 🌺 — a loving mama who gave birth in the rafters of a Sand Island business. Staff fed her, protected her from mongoose attacks, and urgently sought help for her and her kittens.💞

A rescue (not RKH) took a large donation, took the babies — and left Mina behind. 😡 Sick with mastitis and a URI, this sweet girl was abandoned after trusting humans to help.

The business begged them to come back. They didn’t.💔 We were called and rushed to get her. Mina is safe now — but she cries day and night, searching for her babies.😢

This is not rescue. This is betrayal.

Real rescue means protecting all lives, not just adoptable ones. We don’t leave mamas behind. We don’t take checks and disappear.

Mina deserved better. Every mama does. 💔

Morton did fantastic and is already recovering well from his full dental/tooth extraction surgery! We are checked in at the Honolulu airport and heading home to Molokai! ✈️ A HUGE mahalo to his amazing Angel donor….Morton has a beautiful , happy life ahead of him now because of your love, kindness, compassion and generosity. We are so grateful for all who sent prayers and positive vibes…Morton is definitely feeling the love and aloha! 🌺

One of our RKH paralyzed cats, Mr Morton, stopped eating about a week ago on Molokai. He appeared in perfect health, no obvious illness symptoms , so I opened his mouth to check his gums and teeth….I’ve never heard a cat scream 🙀 in pain the way he did…it sounded like a human getting murdered. 😩
I immediately started him on gabapentin pain meds and booked a full dental at in Honolulu.
They are so wonderful and accommodating. Other vet clinics were booking appointments 3 months out, and he cannot wait that long.

We flew in last night (I brought Boris with Morton, as they both need their bladders and colons expressed regularly-both paralyzed and incontinent)

Sweet Morton is all checked in at Pearl’s Vet. Please send him a little prayer for a successful surgery and recovery. ❤️‍🩹
I look forward to picking him up later today so we can fly home to Molokai, and he can go back to being the precious, sweet, happy-go-lucky lil special needs kitty that he always has been.

We love you, Mr Morton! Bye-Bye bad, rotten, painful teeeffies!!! 🦷
