From locating missing people to detecting dangerous drugs and helping apprehend bad guys, BPD's K9s increase our ability to best serve our citizens. Throughout the entire month, ALL adoption fees are WAIVED for ALL pets! 💯 Join us at MCAS as we participate in this initiative, helping families find and adopt homeless pets. Since 2015, Clear the Shelters has already led to over 860,000 pet adoptions nationwide! 🐾

Our adoption process remains unchanged. The only difference during Clear the Shelters is that you'll have some extra cash to spoil your new furry friend! 🐶💕😻

Adopt-A-Palooza is this Saturday, May 13 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center from 11-3. Admission and parking are FREE. Join us for the largest one-day adoption and expo-style event in Manatee County. Featuring over 100 adoptable pets from Manatee County Animal Welfare, local shelters and animal rescues - all under one roof!
For pets from MCAW, all adoption fees will be waived in lieu of a donation made to , the co-presenter of the event. The family-friendly event will include a marketplace with over 40 retail vendors selling a variety of products and services for pets in addition to raffles and silent auction items up for winning and search and rescue and dog training demonstrations.
