BIG NEWS - my small biz is now a multi award winning small biz!! 😱😱😱
I am beyond excited to say that have awarded me with a bronze For Our Planet award, and couldn't be a better day to make such a huge announcement 💕

For those who don't know, I partner with to plant one tree for every sale I make - be that online, or in store, and I do this alongside a whole heap of other eco friendly bits and pieces such as using recycled and/or sustainable materials, offsetting my carbon emissions, and more! (Check out the About Us section of the website for the full list)

The bronze award has been awarded to businesses who have made the commitment to funding global climate action in the top percentile relative to their company turnover, and I honestly couldn't be happier to know that I am making a positive impact upon the planet. As I type this, Noff & Nana have planted 776 trees, restored 5m² of UK Wildflower and Wetland habitat, and offset almost 2 tonnes of carbon emissions, and by supporting my little business, you've all helped, so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart 💕🥳

Had the BEST day at .mkt today - got to hang out with my faves and - I got to meet loads of adorable doggies (including .thepupper), and Noff & Chip got their portraits done by and 💕

Hi and the team,
My name is Wednesday, and I'm the woman behind Noff & Nana!
Noff and Nana is named after our first dog (Banoffee) and banana’s...which was the planned name for our second dog, but we decided it didn’t suit him and changed it to Chip!

I started N&N back in 2020 with some fabric and a £30 sewing machine - through trial and error I taught myself how to make bows and bandana's (and very quickly realised I'd need a much better sewing machine!)
Over the years I've worked hard to expand my product range, and now I'm using my own designs to create clothing, bags, hats, stationery and so much more! Over the past three years, I've carefully curated a brand that lovingly caters for dogs, and the dog obsessed!

My biggest goal with N&N (other than making pooches and their owners look as stylish as possible), is to maintain a business that is as planet friendly as I can possibly make it. All of the items that I make and/or design myself are made using organic, recycled, and sustainable materials, and items such as toys and treats are sourced from like minded small businesses. Alongside this, I plant 1 tree with every sale, all of my packaging is compostable or recyclable, I only use couriers who are committed to working towards net zero, and I also offset my carbon emissions - plus I'm always on the look out for new ways I can improve my businesses impact on the planet 🌍

In January 2024 I took the huge leap to make Noff & Nana my full time job, and I became fully self employed, which is the absolute scariest thing I have ever done, but I'm also immensely proud of myself for taking the leap!
I've opened up a store in Afflecks, an icon in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Afflecks is made up entirely of independent retailers, and is well known in the city for being a safe space for everyone and anyone, which is why I knew it would be the perfect home for Noff and Nana.

I can't wait to see what the future holds for both myself, and my small business 💕
