We started with our banana pastel boy, Buddy, and ended up falling in love with BP’s.

Clutch 2 and clutch 3 are finally on the ground. Forgot to make a post last week when Peach laid on 6/13. So more bananas coming to .royals! Pairings for these clutches are 1.0 banana pastel pinstripe female maker x 0.1 banana cinny (first two pics), and 1.0 OD Mojave possible chocolate het hypo x 0.1 granite het hypo (last two pics).

This boy finally arrived from and I couldn’t be happier. Quality animal, phenomenal personality, this boy is all around perfect. Now, to find out what his funky gene is. 😊 Not your typical RSYB clown.

I love this hobby. And more importantly the connections made in this hobby. Got to show off some of the collection to a pretty cool dude I met one morning at FedEx when we were picking up some snakes. Go check out ! Many of you likely saw the story I posted yesterday, but I wanted to make an official post. Ouros, our male NR Mandarin we picked up from proved to be 100% het hypo via shed testing through ! Super excited to have such a phenomenal snake, not only to incorporate into projects, but also to work with. His personality is absolutely amazing, and his color is out of this world. So much untapped potential with the NR Mandarin project, and I’m super excited to see where the road takes me! Thanks again Dan and Jessica for creating such an amazing animal, and thanks to the team for the quick test results!

Tested Topaz for RS and het clown. Topaz was produced by and shed tested through . She was identified as spotnose yellow belly het DG 66% het clown, with red stripe being possible from low expression RS in a parent. Although she did not prove out RS, she did prove to be het clown. We’ll be throwing her to our DG pinstripe cryptic/het cryptic male when she’s ready. (Shed test pending on the DG boy for cryptic/het cryptic). Thanks for the testing, and thanks for the awesome girl! Got some major plans in store when she’s ready! 🔥

Quality is everything in this hobby. From ’s lineage, this incredibly handsome boy is coming from on Tuesday. New snake day!!! This girl was picked up in a trade deal with ! She’s a Mojave clown, and maybe some sort of mystery gene (dad throws weird babies). It’s a very heartfelt and heartbreaking day in the reptile community. Regardless of your opinion on him, he has been a huge influence on the reptile community, and we owe him a HUGE thank you for all he has done for the hobby-keepers and breeders alike. I never got the chance to meet him in person, but I wanted to. I had so many questions and breeding projects to ask him about and pick his brain about. I am thankful for him and his wonderful educational videos. I learned A LOT from him, and he’s the reason I went from a keeper to a breeder. He took my interest and passion for this hobby, and made it grow, and for that, I will forever be thankful. So Brian, if you get a chance to read this before you go… just know, you have touched the lives of so so many people, and you did so much for this community! We owe you the world, dude! I love you, your fans love you, your friends and family love you, and though I never got to meet you, I am with you and your family in spirit until the end, man. ❤️ The reptile army will always remember you, and you will live on through the reptile army as well as the reptile community.

Blaze has been feeling under the weather the last week, but last night he was going around his tank guns blazing, exploring everything and knocking over plants. I’m so glad my little man is feeling better!
