Message from Finder: Please contact Port Saint Lucie Animal Control if this is your missing pet. I called in the report as a lost shepherd mix, on 8/2/23, found west side of US1 near Crosstown, laying on bushes in the ditch to try and stay cool.

Description: Medium size, maybe a shepherd mix? Had a green tick collar on but no ID tag. I saw the dog walking on the side walk on US1 & Crosstown Parkway in Port St. Lucie. Animal control was contacted and I waited near the dog for them to arrive, they scanned the dog (AC doesn't believe dog is microchipped). AC said they were taking the dog to the vet to get checked out. Hoping this baby can find their family, seemed leashed trained, and jumped right into the AC truck.
