join the Hounds & Co team! we are looking to fill a part-time retail/reception position.
job description:
it’s more than just playing with puppies!
•must be able to provide excellent customer service to our lovely clientele
•answering phone calls & scheduling pet grooming appointments appropriately
•checking in/out clients & pets for appointments
•ringing up retail items
•must be willing to learn about retail products in order to provide best possible service
•preference will be given to those with prior pet-industry work history
•20-25 hours per week (12-5pm, mostly Tuesday-Friday, possibly Saturdays. no Sundays!)
•$14/hr
•long weekends for major holidays
•employee discount on retail products
