Bunnies had the summer off, now we’ve started up again. Beautiful chocolate doe out of Tilly/Luke. Lots of colour in this litter, which is funny considering it was a black/broken black pairing. There are broken black, blue, chocolate, broken chocolate tort and I believe possibly a broken lilac tort.

Such fat faces on Lacy/Lockhart babies. Hard to get good pics of black bunnies. Lacy ended up with 2 solid black, 2 broken black. Nice consistency in this litter.

2 new litters for our rabbitry. Lockhart/Lacy with a litter of 4(2 black, 2 broken black) and Alvin/Breeze with a litter of 3(2 solid tort, 1 broken tort-most likely black tort)

My current favourite kit out of Lockhart/Danza. A beautiful REW. First time seeing that colour in my rabbitry, but I am thrilled with it!

A couple of the most promising kits from Lockhart/Ivy. Really like this broken black otter buck and broken blue otter doe. The blue otter doe looks pretty good as well, right now she has far too much ear control, so we will wait and see what happens over the next couple of months.

This is Casper. Solid black tort buck. Born September 2, 2020- so currently about 5 months old. Solid buck, nice wide, nice depth, nice head. Could maybe use a bit more width to his crown, but overall a very nice buck. He will be a beauty when he matures.

Little Alvin. Love this little guy. Born October 2, 2020- he is just 4 months old. Nice ears, nice crown, good depth, nice shoulder, beautiful head. He is going to be a stunner when he matures. Can hardly wait to see what his babies will look like!

This is Lockhart, born March 22, 2019- so he’s almost 2 years old now. Broken lilac. Nice shoulders, good depth, could have more width to his crown. Weighs about 3 1/2 pounds. Overall a nice buck.

Lockhart certainly is quite prolific! Another new litter born very early this morning. 7 live kits from BandAid/Lockhart. Looks like Bandaid does indeed carry chocolate as there appears to be 2 broken chocolate(at least) in this litter. Some of the other kits don’t have as many markings, so I’ll have to wait a bit longer to determine colour. 6 broken, one solid kit. She didn’t make a great nest so I added some extra fur from Danza’s crazy nest- but at least she had them in the box.

A new litter from Danza/Lockhart. 6 healthy babies. Not sure if there are two Charlie’s in this litter, or perhaps REW, either way I’m happy! I love the lightly marked ones pattern. Still have to wait a couple of days to see what colours(Danza is a tri-colour so not sure what her base colour is) Nice big litter for a first timer.
