And she’s off! She was so curious to be there with the other dogs. Loaded up pretty easily. will do great! She is going to a shelter Jamie and I went to visit a couple of years ago, Buddy Dog Humane Society, Inc., so we know she is in good hands and will get updates ❤️🐶❤️

Yay! I got a camera for our last walk. She’s like ‘come on lady! We got an hour to go’ 🥰🐶🥰 I’m so ready for her to move on, but I’m so going to miss and worry about her too.

My sweet girl leaves Monday morning for Massachusetts and of course I don’t have a working camera for our last few days together. It’s always something. We just went and did our favorite hike, and got lots of snuggles this morning. She’s been such a fantastic foster dog. I love her. Now time to finish up her bio for her forever family.

Today we worked on chillin’ at Peace Love Dogs. Given a short leash, pulled down (see Katie’s foot), we waited until laid down and moved to her hip. Then we hung out and got treats ~ using our eye contact game ~ while she stayed calm and we chatted and watched other dogs and people walk by. Great job Sosey!

It was quick because I wanted to move her forward immediately - but Sosey’s eye contact allowed her to get to move along. She’s such a good girl on her walks. Peace Love Dogs - whoever adopters her in Massachusetts, we will set up a few video teleconferences with her trainer to go over everything ❤️🐶❤️

Don’t mind the panting, we just did an hour walk 🐶 My struggle has been with getting her to sit, so we worked with her trainer yesterday at Peace Love Dogs and she had me move it from a sit to eye contact. To go out the door: eye contact. To move forward on a walk: eye contact. It just has to be quick. I’ll post another video of it on our walk, but we started a game ‘the treat is over here, look at me and you get it’. Of COURSE with the YES as acknowledgment!

is at Peace Love Dogs for a few days of socialization and training. Here she is playing with Tonga. Tonga is another dog I rescued from the same area a year ago, and we are pretty sure they are actually related 🤣🥰🥳
She does well playing with more laid back dogs who can take her learning curve with a grain of salt. She’s got a little husky pushy play, but making huge gains.
Sosey is such a great gal!

Silly Sosey! She ran and played and peed and pooped before starting camp ❤️🐶❤️ is staying in her luxury hotel room at Peace Love Dogs until Saturday. She will have WAY more fun there than here.

Can anyone foster her until she transports March 30th? She is scheduled to spend another three nights at PLD next week. I’m willing to even do a paid foster. They are doing some dog testing with her over the next few days.

Good girl Sosey! is going to start spending a few nights each week at Peace Love Dogs so she can play with other dogs, meet new people, and get a little more out of life than what I can offer with so many dogs.

As of right now, she is heading to Massachusetts to try and find a home end of March... so I also want her to get used to being away from me and work on more training. She will be adopted in 2 days up there!

Went on some adventures yesterday. Learning car rides do not equal the vet or me leaving her abruptly. is doing a little better in the car. She still doesn’t want to get in on her own, but is a calmer and had some fun watching out the windows. Building confidence and trust one day at a time ❤️🐶❤️
