Miss Toffee was our first ever puppy so we've had to quickly learn all about doggy life and care. One of her big challenges was in relation to excessive p*e and anxiety or excitement p*eing. We had asked several vets about this However nothing was diagnosed until recently. The latest vet was great & immediately noted she had recessed v***a which had been obviously causing her irritation and even a uti early on. To avoid any worse problems developing we opted to fix this with vulvoplasty surgery 2 weeks ago. She's a much happier puppy now, stitches removed & back to normal activities. Highly recommend having a "good" vet assess your female puppies if they suffer from excessive weeing, licking, irritation or if you're having trouble with toilet training. If you're puppy has a uti especially make sure the vet looks at the v***a. I was surprised that 14% of dogs can have recessed v***a yet few vets bother checking them or diagnose this correctly 🙄

Toffee spat the dummy today 🤣 Her guilty pleasure is collecting any little bits of treasures on our walks. One of the neighbourhood babies must have dropped the dummy but luckily Toffee is doing well at her leaving & giving commands.

So relaxing paddling around the beach ⛱️ We've painted on non slip surface for Toffee's stability otherwise she'll slip right off the fibreglass surface.
