Friendly Hills Farm (FHF)is a organic, bio-intensive farm in Whittier, California. This leads to healthier crops and a healthier community.
We are practicing a non-GMO and no pesticide approach in a residential area just under a quarter acre of land. Allowing operations to be done manually without gas-powered tools/machines and by not tilling and not using a tractor they are able to focus on their goal of continually rehabilitating the soil. Excess and imperfect produce is repurposed through food-crafting and used at a local food bank.
