What do I do when my LavvieBot S is damaged when first received/opened it?

1️⃣ Take pictures of a (damaged) box

2️⃣ Take pictures of damaged/broken parts of LavvieBot

3️⃣ Notify us! Send your name + contribution ID, 1&2 pictures with 16 digits serial number (open the top lid and you will find it) and tracking number by messaging to LavvieBot Customer Center
