Dear Clients,
We are once again asking for your help and understanding. As you may know, many veterinary practices, locally and nationally, are experiencing critical staff shortages, and we are no different. Our remaining employees are working at maximum capacity to accommodate your pet care needs. As such, it’s become necessary to make temporary changes while we work to hire and train veterinary staff.
Beginning Tuesday, September 7th, appointments will only be scheduled between the Bridgeville and Hickory offices. Our Castle Shannon office will be closed temporarily. Clinic hours will be as follows:
Monday:
Allegheny South (Bridgeville) - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hickory (McDonald) - CLOSED (Phones will be open)
South Hills (Castle Shannon) - CLOSED (Phones will be open)
Tuesday:

Note: Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays - all three locations will be available to accept your phone calls and emails!
To avoid any lapse in your pet care regimen, we ask that you schedule annual examinations and vaccine appointments at least one month prior to the due date. All immediate appointments will be prioritized for sick patients. We’re unable to guarantee non-urgent appointments, such as vaccines, in a timely fashion.
To avoid interruption in your pet’s medication and/or parasitic prevention regimens, we ask that you plan at least two weeks in advance for refills. We’re unable to guarantee the availability to accommodate last minute requests.
Lastly, due to rising costs of clinic supplies and products, we will be implementing a price increase beginning Monday, October 4th. We’ve sincerely tried to prevent any form of price increase for as long as possible. However, recent increases in clinic costs are too great for us to absorb and we regrettably have no choice but to do so.
