Rainbow is deteriorating so in the next week she will be moved indoors, she’s happy in the Hurd but is frail as you can see now so luckily she visits indoors daily so will move in permanently then

Little Georgie came in after her successful eye removal, sadly the cancer has spread all over. She died in my arms alittle while ago. Another sad loss for such a sweet little girl

Sadly 2 piggy’s are in Matilda’s place this week. Always a sad time when coming to the end of their lives. Latte has has tumours but has gone on well the last year but has now suddenly deteriorated.
Maggie is old and come to the end of her life now

Bailey desperately ill but doesn’t want to give in. We brought him in an one of the Hurd was calling to him from the kitchen step. He started to bite the cage sides so I knew he wanted to go back out to the Hurd. So we’ve put him back but closely watching him an regular checks

This was Bo she had mamoury tumours all over her t***s tummy area like Matilda. She went on for several years before they became so big she had to be PTS as they had started to ulcerate an she was uncomfortable .

This was Albie our L gene piggy. He was with us several years before sadly dying . He made such an impact I had to always wear the same perfume so he recognised me. Such a lovely boy

Skinnies and guineas would like to welcome you to Matilda’s place. We are offering places for terminally ill guinea pigs. Matilda came to us a while ago with very aggressive cancerous tumour. She touched us so much that I could not let her die in vein. So we set up Matilda’s place a couple of cages set up in doors for end of life care for guinea pigs, where we will make them pain free and as comfortable as possible in their final weeks
