It’s been a whirlwind the past few days. Luna gave birth to two beautiful babies on Wednesday, however the births were long and there were complications. Luna ended up losing two of her babies and ended up having an emergency C-section and spay yesterday. I am so grateful to Springfield Animal Clinic for literally saving my precious Luna’s life and the lives of her two surviving precious babies, both of whom we’ve already gotten attached to❤️

Luna is the best little mama and keeps her babies super close making it super difficult to get pictures, but here are a few moments I’ve managed to capture❤️ Animal lovers know the attachment and bond families have with their pets! I will forever be a dog lover and especially my dachshunds🐾❤️ We have a lot to do to keep them all well and thriving but they are little fighters and all will be good❤️
