Kiosk is now close to the road for easier access to quail eggs!

Quail eggs are still $5/ dozen and quail egg scissors are also available at the kiosk for $5 each.

Exact change can go in the blue cash box; Zelle and CashApp are accepted as well (listed on kiosk)

Updated the egg kiosk!!

Eggs are now in the cooler with ice to keep them cool!

Quail Egg Scissors :: $5/ each

August special: buy 2 dozen quail eggs, get 1 free egg scissor!

(Egg scissors cut through the thick membrane under the outer shell. You will need a pair of you want to make any cooked eggs besides hard boiled.)

I have Button Quail and Coturnix Quail for sale!

Button Quail:
::(2) Adult females, 1 year old
::Many roosters, a couple months -to- 1 year old
::Juvenile Buttons - I believe most are males ( they are starting to get in their adult feathers, but some are non-feather sexable)
::Baby Buttons that just hatched will be available in a couple weeks - they are too fragile to transport

Coturnix Quail:
::1.5 week old babies: (18) unsexed chicks
::3 week old birds: (3) roosters, (4) hens
::5+ week old birds, currently laying: (50+) hens and roosters

Lost 2 more chickens today when I was gone getting feed for 30 mins. So I have 3 left. I'm thinking of just making another 8' x 16' pen and having them live in there. No free ranging. Sigh.... That makes me sad, but the fox and hawks are determined.

I have 3 week old quail available! It's a perfect time to transport and let them settle into new surrounds before the hens start laying. 16 hens and 7 roosters are available from this hatch (5/3/24).

More progress on the quail aviary! Back wall is mostly done. Gotta fill a couple small holes with hardware cloth.

I also put a string on my chicken pen door so I can open it without going inside the grass pen.

The chickens were getting way too cramped in their little dog pen (I use them for quail brooders). So I decided to put them outside in my extra quail grow out cages until I build their coop. I put up a small roosting bar, they were jumping on their food and water in the brooder, so I think they'll figure it out. It'll keep them out of the mud if it rains, too.

I can close the pen door at night and open it so they can forage in some grass during the day.

I'm so glad I picked up these extra metal dog pens. I use them to make quail cages. Thankfully I didn't take them apart yet. They have 4' walls and a roof so they can't get out.

They're so cute exploring their new digs!

Qty 28 - 1 week old - quail for sale as unsexed straight run. This hatch has 2 white quail available. The other 26 are Normal coloring, and Fee (monotone gray of normal pattern)

Current price is $5/chick. Price increases as they age.
