What l wouldn't give for those baby pajamas to stay for life. The adults are cute too, but omg
Picked up some wc rainbow whiptails that are settling in nicely.
So far I don't see why there guys are not more popular. They're pretty, they're active and after only being with me for a few days they're already tong feeding and not especially shy
They got lost in the mail far a day, but aside from being skinnier than I would like they all are bright eyed and active.
Normally I don't feed the first day they come in, but case by case basis these guys seemed eager to eat and went right after food. A couple are readily taking from tongs.
They're almost a pocket moniter they way they behave so far.
Fresh bb!
Elegans have one of the prettiest baby phases. I don't dislike their adult phase, but if they kept these colors I'd bet you would see them more in the hobby
New babes, another partho species and smaller gecko tho not at all in the dwarf family.
A bit of an impulse buy, but no regrets
Also ok so not herps or pocket sized, but they are here and imlive their dumb chocobo faces
Had a big ol visitor the other day!
Hispaniolan curly tail looks to be gravid, hopefully with fertile.
I will need to keep a watch, this isn't the first time she's shown signs and the last two she "deflated" there were none to be found so I'm assuming the eggs are being eaten.
I did find one small egg the last time, far too late to incubate, but enough to confirm my suspicions she has been laying.
Still exciting. Not a flashy species but I greatly enjoy them personality wise, they're physically appealing and take well to tong feeding. They also have a decent amount of body language to make them entertaining.
OK I'm a little embarrassed to admit it took me a few days to realize this little booger is missing a leggy.
There's no injury, appears to have hatched minus one limb, I noticed the previous day that walking they were a little awkward, but I chalked that up to fresh babies on sand.
They're still fast af when running/hunting.
So far they seem to be fine otherwise, but looks like they will be a permanent resident here and I'm going to start taking name ideas!
Immediately yeeted himself into the leaf litter once he reached the top -.-
Male sphaerodactylis ateles. He is quite the shy one normally, but I moved him into a new him with more vertical space and he seems to be out utilizing it more now.
