Abby and her husband will be welcoming a beautiful baby girl in October and we are taking time to shower her with a lunch and gifts.

MEET THE HOMETOWN TEAM

This week's highlighted team member is Danielle!

Danielle is our adored Kennel Assistant. She works part time with us in the afternoons and when she is not with us she is at home taking care of her 3 adorable little boys. Danielle has been with us for almost 5 years! We can always count on her to take the very best care of the pets who need to spend a little extra time with us. She also goes above and beyond to organize and clean around the office to make sure that everything stays tidy! It sure takes a special person to leave her children at home to come in and pick up after animals and grown adults LOL. When Danielle comes in it is obvious that she brightens everyone's day because everyone is always so happy to see her!

Anna has been with our Reception Team since October of 2023! It's been a joy getting to know her. She is here with us in a part time position right now. When she is not here, she works with children and is currently in college exploring what she wants to do for her future career. Anna is a hard worker and is driven to succeed in whatever she puts her mind to. She loves to learn and she is extremely reliable. You can always count on Anna to greet you with a smile and give you excellent service no matter the need or situation!

When you are in for your next visit- give Anna some recognition and show her your appreciation for her being here!

Happy FRIDAY!

We have a lot of new faces who are following us now on our page (YAY!). We would like to take some time over the next few months to highlight 1 staff member per week and let you MEET THE HOMETOWN TEAM!

Week 1 is starting with this lovely ray of sunshine, Ashley!

Ashley is a Receptionist and has been with us since February of this year. She comes from a background of boarding animals so she is REALLY knowledgeable on what to expect when boarding your pet and what the requirements of boarding a pet are. Ashley's personality is fun, loud, and sassy and we love every bit of it!

If you are in our office this week be sure to give Ashley a big shout out and tell her THANK YOU for ALL of her amazing work!

We had so much fun this morning!!

Our community always amazes us with how well it loves. We enjoyed seeing all of the familiar faces out in the crowd and hope to get to know the new faces soon!

We will be CLOSED this coming Saturday, July 27th!

We will be joining our community in participating in the Byron Days Parade in Byron Center 💙💚

Please get your pet's medications, diets, or any other need taken care of before Saturday to ensure that we can take care of you and your pet in a timely fashion!

**We ask that you please understand that we are unable to be open this day due to the roads being closed around our business. Our staff and clients are not able to reach our business during the morning activities.**

THANK YOU!!!

From the very bottom of our hearts, we thank the many clients who were kind to us today as we launched our new software. Hands on learning, a lot of the time, and patience, is how we get the hang of our scheduling systems that we utilize. We learned ALOT today and are looking forward to getting more experiance under our belts this week. Please continue to be patient when coming in or calling and understand that things may take us extra time as we learn.

FOUND DOG:

A client of ours has found this dog downtown Byron Center this weekend. They brought him to Animal Emergency Hospital to be assessed over the weekend and make sure that he was medically okay and they are keeping him for the time being to keep him safe.

If you recognize him please let us know and we can get in contact with who has him.

Hometown Vet staff will be undergoing a software change this coming week: July 8-July 12, we will be training the entire week with a trainer on site. We will be open our normal business hours so PLEASE come in or call if you need us, but understand that we will be learning and tasks may take longer than normal and you may need to plan for some extra time.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to develop better ways to serve you and your pets! It's our pleasure to serve you!
