I really like this single layer 1 inch collar on Keeper, but in the back of my mind I wanted more color. Decided today to add a 1.5 inch Yellow background. I'm liking the way the color stands out. 😁

Small Biothane dog collars are now available. The 3/4 inch collars shown below are non-adjustable 11.5 inches and will need very accurate neck size measurements. See pics below on how to measure using a collar that fits your dog well. Adjustable 3/4 inch collars will be available in about a week. Contact me to order.

I had a simple but unique request today for this 10 ft double clip, convertible Biothane leash. Now that it's finished I REALLY like it! This would come in handy for handling two dogs at the same time, to clip a young, still learning dog to a harness and a collar at the same time for training purposes, or convert it into a single long line for hikes or scent/nose work training. Length can be modified to suit your needs.

A couple questions answered:

What is Biothane?
BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. The only plant that produces Biothane® is located in North Ridgeville, Ohio in the USA. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. It's just as durable and soft feeling as leather yet easier to maintain. Just wash it in water with a little soap and wipe it dry. It's waterproof, mold proof and stink proof. It is also readily available in many different colors. Beta® is also a registered trademark owned by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. Beta® is considered a "coating class" of BioThane®. BioThane® comes in a variety or widths as well as thickness. We make dog collars out of the Heavy weight (SH or Beta® Super Heavy), Medium weight (Beta® Standard), and Light weight (Beta® 520 Adjustable)

Is the Light weight (Beta® 520 Adjustable) just as strong as the Standard BioThane®?
Beta® 520 Adjustable has a 700 lbs., per inch of width, break strength. Standard BioThane® is slightly thicker and has a 1000 lbs., per inch of width, break strength.

Are the designs also water proof?
Our designs are made from a heat pressed vinyl. They are waterproof and can also be washed with mild soap and water.
