Okay so, I know long time, no see. Unfortunately, I made the final decision to close the dog wash. It has been temporarily closed since March due to fracturing my hand, which took until June to recover. Then we had a family member stay with us making running the business in close proximity hard. Alsooo, we adopted a new dog, so bringing dogs in and out the home isn’t ideal.
Another big factor that had me on the fence of closing before all of this, was the condition of my bathroom. We had only lived in our new apartment for a 4 months or so before I started the business. I personally renovated the whole bathroom when we moved. The dog wash took a huge hit on our bathroom and started to make us feel uncomfortable in our own space. Trust me when I say I loved doing it but the circumstances around it made it stressful. I love dogs and any future business venture would also be for dogs lol. But for now, thank you so much for all of the support, love, trust, and loyalty. I appreciate it 100%. Dog Wash @ 102 ; out ✌🏽

🍁 Our floors are getting colder as it gets colder outside; so have blankets and a warm sleeping space for your doggo.
🍁 Check their fur for fleas often. Those pesty guys love to continue their stay after the Summer into the Fall.
🍁 Brush them daily to help reduce shedding. Some dogs are still shedding in preparation for their winter coat.
🍁 AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, give them a ton of warm snuggles and kisses!

✨ We’ve added de-matting to our services. A good way to prevent your dog matting is brushing them at least once a week. Checking their coat for any mats often. And of course coming to .at102 ✨

Note that de-matting is a long and tedious process, but it is worth it to save the dogs hair than to shave it off. ❤️

❗️Dogs aren’t “bad” when coming to a groomers, they are usually scared, uncomfortable, and don’t know what to expect. I have been bit MANY times, so never worry too much about me. Our real focus is getting your dog to trust us and letting us help them. I truly want them to feel and look good!

Unfortunately, I have witnessed how aggressive dogs are handled at groomers, most times with aggression right back. It takes a lot of patience and time but we are willing here at .at102 to do so. We will never turn down a dog or give up on them. We will only send a dog home if we feel they are in danger of hurting themselves out of fear🥺 ❗️
